Take a Vacation and Come to the Beach! 3 BD TH in the Heart of Dewey Beach, DE
Come to the beach! This is a 3 bd, 2.5 ba townhouse in walking distance of Dewey Beach and Rehoboth - just 2 blocks from the beach! It comes with two off-street parking spots, 8 beds, big living/dining room area with plenty of seating, Roku TV/DVD, private deck with table and grill, use of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, an outdoor shower, washer/dryer, and plenty of board games for those rainy days! Open to weekend/weekly and short-term renting options. Also, we like to rent to non-party groups as we've had some issues in the past. Thanks for your understanding!

The complex that the townhouse is in has the following rules which apply to the renters of this unit. Please read below..
Tree Tops Lease Addendum and Parking Policy (rev. November 2015):
All leases of Tree Tops units are subject to the Rules and Regulations as adopted by the Tree Tops Owners Association that are listed herein. Lessees shall sign in the space below to acknowledge that they have read and understand the rules and restrictions which apply to tenants and guests. In the event of violations of these rules and regulations the tenant agrees to vacate the property upon request of owner or owner’s agent. In such event the owner or owner’s agent may, without suit, court order, or advance notice re-enter and take possession of property. In such event the lease shall be terminated and all payments previously made are forfeited. The lessee shall also be responsible for all damages collectable by law including the cost of lock changes and necessary repairs to bring the condition of the property to the same state as before the rental took place. Tenant(s) acknowledge that they are only entitled to park in the two parking spaces designated with their unit numbers. There will be no double parking permitted in a space, and no parking on non-paved or grassy areas. All parked cars not in compliance with this clause will be promptly towed by Coastal Towing Company, (302) 645-6300. In addition, any licensed, motorized vehicle, including mopeds and motorcycles, must be parked on the parking lot in one of the Unit’s assigned spaces.
Tree Tops Rules and Regulations:
-Smoking is not permitted at any time in the parking lot, or in the front yard or front steps of any Unit. Smoking is only allowed on the rear deck of an individual Unit.
-Absolutely no pets unless authorized in lease.
-No large outside, community, or multi-unit parties permitted in complex or common areas.
-No kegs are allowed on the premises, or in any individual unit.
-No hot tubs, swimming pools or sandboxes are permitted anywhere in complex or units.
-No team sports involving more than four people are permitted on grounds. Furthermore, sports activities including but not limited to football, baseball & skateboarding are not permitted in the parking lot.
-No tents or other outdoor sleeping arrangements are permitted in complex.
-Operation of stereo and other amplifiers at any hour shall not cause an unreasonable annoyance or disturbance to person of normal sensitivities living in adjacent units.
-No excessively large gatherings (20 or more people) are permitted in units or on decks.
-No person is permitted on any roof at any time.
-No signs or banners may be constructed or adhered to structures in complex.
-No littering, abusive behavior or disorderly conduct.
-No parking in fire lanes or anywhere other than marked and assigned spaces- towing enforced as above at violator’s expense and consequence.
-Occupancy is strictly limited to the number stated in lease.
-Trash may only be placed in cans supplied behind each unit, excess trash must be disposed of as individual responsibility immediately.
-The area between the front of each Unit and the parking lot shall be kept in a clean and organized fashion at all times, and clear of all bicycles, debris, etc.
