A sofa bed in the living room provides an additional sleeping option.
A ping pong table is located in the garage for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Long weekend
We stayed at this property for a long weekend when my son had a travel football game in the area. The house was clean and had everything our group needed. It was very comfortable.

Nice space but ...
Pros - space was nice. Tons of towels! Soaps and shampoos were very appreciated. Pool was nice, but not as big as it looked in the photos and only 5 feet deep. Cons - poor check-in instructions. garage with ping pong absolutely wreaked of marijuana. Couldn't play without opening the garage door. Didn't notice any bikes. Queen size bed in one bedroom was hard as a rock. Apple TV doesn't have any instructions or remote how to use. TVs in bedrooms are basically useless. We chose VRBO to avoid a middle man, unfortunately this is managed by a property manager Vacasa, so no direct contact with owner. So much for vacation rental by owner. Last year it had a parking permit for Rehoboth. I went through pain staking effort to find someone who could give me an answer. I had to speak with a Vacasa rep who transferred me to a "local" rep that turned out to be the local maintenance man. He did his best but, the layers of complexity in finding someone to communicate with directly about the property was way too problematic. Hot tub at the pool was broken. Ants. Heads up for anyone staying: NO REHOBOTH PARKING PASS INCLUDED which is poor because anywhere we have stayed has provided one. Gate to get in has two machines. Use the first one and the # button will be necessary part of the code to get in. pool passes you need to get into the pool. It says no pets, I am certain the owners have pets in there. We found animal crates in the closet. So anyone with pet allergies beware.

Ok Stay at The Tides
Pros: Nice gated community Plenty of parking Nice pool Plenty of space Plenty of towels provided Washer/dryer Rehoboth parking pass Cons: - Hot tub broken - Lack of traditional cable TV (can’t get local news!) - Apple TV lacked remote, no instructions - Air quality was bad, air filter appeared caked with 5 yrs of dust (all were sneezing and coughing all week when in unit) - Squeaky mattress in MBR and lack of curtains made sleep difficult - No bicycles in garage as posted in original listing (part of reason we booked this place was the proximity to bike path; the listing said it came with two bikes so we didn't bring ours, but none were there; we contacted management right away and tried throughout the week to get a resolution; only thing they were able to do was take that part out of the listing) - Living room needs a comfortable sectional. Furniture was attractive but not comfortable at all. - Landscaping crew came multiple times during the week starting very early in the morning. - Wish there was a screened porch like most of the other units. We stayed at another unit in The Tides last summer which is why we didn't hesitate to book this place. That one was FAR superior to this one.

Excellent house
We enjoyed everything about this property. It’s very clean, well furnished, well maintained. It has all what the family needs. Beds provided with linens. Towels of all sizes provided for all the family. Management services personnel are very responsive. House is in a gated clean compound. It’s location is ideal near the beach, outlet shopping center, restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommended for a family. Compound has a great pool area.

Great Bike Path Access
Best part of our stay was being so close to the bike path. We made the most of it and headed to Lewes and Gordon’s Pond multiple times during our stay. We made great use of the pool and games at the house as well. Overall, it was a great space for 2 kids and 3 adults on an extended beach vacation. Good overall value. We also liked garage access for bike and beach storage.

Great property and location
Except for squeaky doors and bed, everything was perfect. Great location and a wonderful pool. My family really enjoyed themselves especially the kids. We will stay again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great time!
Beautiful home with an accurate description. The home was clean and spacious enough for a family of 8. They did an excellent job in communicating what was expected from them and what was expected from us as well. The pool was lovely, the beaches close by. My 18 year old made the 30 minute walk to the beach each morning to watch the sun rise. The outlets were a few minutes walk away as well. Will certainly go back! Beautiful home, excellent customer service!
The stay was nice however we ran into some issues with the property. It is impossible to use both trundle beds at the same time because there is no room to open them both at the same time. There were also no blankets for five of the beds. We were provided with sheets but nothing to go on top of the sheets. This would have been fine if the property did not say that blankets were included. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
