I enjoyed the place - it was well represented and great!

As a VRBO host myself, I bring a reasonably critical eye to the experience and I have nothing but great things to say. From the honest representation of what was offered to cleanliness. If I return to Tampa, I'll stay here if it's available!

5 stars property that will save you money

Neat, super clean rental in a quiet neighborhood. You can save tons of money if you have your own car or move around in a rent a car. Very close to the airport.

Enjoyable stay

This property was very clean and comfortable for my wife and I. The mattress was a little firmer than what I am use to but was comfortable enough. The only problem that we had was we couldn't get the overhead light to work in the main room, otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay in Tampa Bay!

This place was perfect for just me. The town was in great driving distance to the places I visited (IE: Ybor, Riverwalk, Clearwater Beach & St. Pete's). You have a lot of privacy in a safe neighborhood and can come and go as you please with no hassle. It consisted of a big studio room with a king size bed and a huge bathroom. (Ps: The shower system is amazing). Was clean, had basic amenities. 10/10 would stay again!

The place is really comfortable. It’s very clean! It’s in a quiet location. We had traveled all over to various beaches and found the location so easy to get return to. The bed was very nice. Shower has great pressure. The only thing I would need is another chair to sit at and extra pillows! I would love to stay here again when we come back!!

Weekend getaway to visit our son

We come to Tampa to get warm weather and to visit our son. This property has a great location, friendly neighborhood and is central to a lot of the things we wanted to do while visiting. The apartment is as described, it was so clean and we both loved the shower. There was some minor things we thought need attention….the gate doesn’t latch so in a storm it just keeps slamming open and shut and the light in the ceiling fan doesn’t work so it’s a little dark in that room at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this apartment again when we come back to visit!

Exactly what it shows you

This property was great, exactly what is shows you. An updated and clean room. Would have liked a way to keep the light out from the door window as it was bright early morning but that was the only change I would suggest.

Could have been better if not so hot

We were on a business trip in Tampa for the weekend. Cleanliness was great and lots of room. My biggest complaint was the AC control was in the main house where other renters were. Even after asking to turn down the heat nothing changed. I hardly slept because I was up sweating all night which made for a bad next day. Having other renters control your rental experience is not a good idea. Also please put in your description where to park before hand please.

Nice place

Owner is responsive, everything was very clean, listing is exactly what you get. It's not really an apartment but a hotel-type room with a separate entrance, very spare in accommodations. It could get a 5-star overall rating if the owners went a little farther to make it more comfortable. For the 2 of us for 3 days, the coffee bar had 4 Keurig pods, 2 mugs (but no dish soap or cloths to wash them with), no stir sticks or creamer. The bathroom had 1 washcloth and 2 towels (but no towel bars or even a place to hang a towel by the shower or sink), no shelves in the shower for toiletries, no facial tissue, etc. It is a very spare accommodation. We had one chair to share and the walls are very thin - we heard the house residents' conversations, alarm clock, and snoring (so that means they heard ours as well). Overall it was a nice place to stay and there is nothing to complain about that could have been remedied.

Our secret getaway spot

This was our second time this year stay at this location. We love the cleanliness of the studio and the location is perfect for what we need, it’s close to everything! We will be back for sure.

Great but problem with door lock and gate close

The dead bolt lock with the code can be very difficult to unlock for the first time, have to slowly turn it. I was stuck for some time until i figured it out. The gate to the side door was also not easy to close, fence was a lil unstable so the gate kept opening, i thought i was getting robbed lol. Overall was a great stay for price, cannot beat it.

Great Space

I love to leave reviews, like actual reviews, but I don't like sounding like the property was bad because it was absolutely was not! It was just as described. The property was beautifully updated and spacious. I would just like to leave a few tips if you're planning to book this property. First the bed, which is a beautiful sturdy king size bed, is exactly what the description says a temperpidic bed, so if you like a firm mattress not a squishy pillow top, then this bed is for you. If you like to sleep with a lot of pillows, then I suggest bringing your own, as I usually do. 2 standard pillows are provided, which was not an issue for us. It does have a window on the door and a beautiful skylight in the bathroom, so you don't feel closed in. The property is attached to the main house, so if there are guests in the main house who are louder, then you will hear them through the wall. Finally, which wasn't a big deal because the owner was very responsive, the thermostat and the wifi router are in the main house, so you really have no control over the temp or wifi, but if you have any issues the owner is very quick to fix them.

Sweet Suite

Love, love, love this place! Already booked it for a followup visit. Floors are a lovely grey & white. The bedroom is large with a king sized bed complete with a Tempur-pedic mattress. Sooo comfy! The fridge offers complimentary water & soda. Keurig is available with pods for brewing. The bathroom is beautifully done with a spa shower and large closet. The suite is beautiful and reflects the care & consideration put into preparing the space. And believe me when I say space! A definite steal, this studio puts many a Tampa hotel to shame. You will not regret. Now that I think about it, encouraging you will make it harder for me to rebook, (I travel to Tampa weekly), but the hosts are so great, they deserve this 5 star review! You WILL NOT regret.
