Villa with swimming pool & spa - Poolside Grill, Family-friendly, Water-view

Come relax and unwind at our gorgeous home that features an open floor plan and a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to either cook up a feast or grill poolside. The giant bathtub in the master bedroom is our personal favorite, and we happily stock high-quality epsom salts for your soaking pleasure.

The whole home is cleaned with *organic* products, so you will enjoy a healthy, spotless environment and pristine air quality inside the space.
We use all organic laundry detergent, counter-top cleaners, as well as all soaps that we also provide for you to enjoy, if you wish.

Washer and Drier is available for you to use.

The whole house is on a complete water-filtration system, so all the water from the taps and the shower is free of chemicals and pristine.

The kitchen has everything you can want, including stainless steel pots and pans, coffee-maker, toaster, blender, all the utensils and extras like ice-cream scoops, whisks, can openers, all the things!

In the garage you will find ample room to park, as well as 5 bicycles to take for a spin around the local quiet streets and park that is located just 5-minutes away by bike, where we regularly see wildlife like foxes and many species of birds.

Also provided for you are beach chairs and pool floaties, ample towels for all your needs, and a 70" Smart TV for relaxing.

We highly recommend taking your morning coffee pool-side while watching the Sun stream in and breathing in the fresh air while observing the birds and beautiful nature.

Winter get away

This home was perfect for my winter escape. I occasionally had family and friends visit and the lanai, pool and spa were thoroughly enjoyed. The location is perfect for beach access and restaurants. When renting, the occasional question arises and house manager Galina responded immediately. She was knowledgeable, friendly and unbelievably prompt. Thank you for a great month!

Clean and spacious house

We stayed here while visiting family nearby. The house was spacious and clean with everything we would need for our stay. Cozy blankets and beds and they even had coffee for us in the cabinets. There were fun rafts and toys for the pool. Our only issue was the spa didn't heat up. Galina was very responsive but sadly it never was fixed for our stay.

Sister Vacation

The property was very clean and everything we needed was available in the home. Pool and patio area were very nice and relaxing; we got a lot of sun. Throughly enjoyed the pool. The only constructive criticism I have is that the lawn and landscaping could use some care. Overall we had a great time! Thank you Galina!

Comfortable Florida Home

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were great. Kitchen was large but frig was dirty. . Washer and dryer were nice. The home was not quite cleaned to how we have come to expect in the other VRBO’s we have stayed. Some mold in master bath shower. Would be nice to have king bed in master and a softer mattress. Had garage but no opener provided. Communication was good and we love the area .

Comfortable home!

Very comfortable in a nice neighborhood! We enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub. Would suggest a queen size bed in bedroom #2 Very nice home!

Softer beds

This house was great for our needs and wants. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a softer bed. The bed in the master was extremely to firm for us. Preference I guess.

Nice stay

We had great communication with the owner I even extended for an extra day. House was clean, clean pool ( water was very hot I think they had the heater on) and very nice neighborhood to stay. I would totally stay here again

DO NOT STAY HERE

A huge disappointment! They advertise that this is a Spa and pool home when the spa is really broken and they are aware of this. The pool was so hot when we arrived with the temperature topping out at 105 that we couldn’t even use it. When we communicated this with them they made us feel ignorant and that we just didn’t understand the Florida sun even though we were telling them that the solar panels were on making the pool hot. Once the pool company came out and proved that we were correct and disconnected the solar heat it took over a day and a half before the pool temperature came down where we could even use the pool. The property managers were aware of this and all they offered was to extend our stay by one night. They refused to refund us any portion of our stay to make this right. They also have ants in the master bathroom plus mold in the master shower. We will never return! Poor customer service!

The house is wonderfully positioned to receive the best of the morning light, and to stay well-lit and gorgeous throughout the day.
We personally love this home so much, and it is much more than a "rental property" to us - it is a place we are proud and happy to open the doors to, and we go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay.
