Lakeside home on golf course - south facing pool & deck - Rotonda West, Florida

Recently furnished three bedroom home beside a large tranquil lake on a golf course. The pool, spa and deck are south facing with lovely views across the lake.

We have recently fitted a new electric pool heater providing guaranteed warm water in the pool and spa all year round.

It is in the heart of the Rotonda West and its five golf courses, beautiful lakes, canals, parks and cycle trails.

The house is in a quiet location on a cul de sac, yet only 10 minutes drive to the coast and even less to local shops and restaurants.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and a en suite bathroom; a second bathroom services the two guest bedrooms; one of which has a Queen bed the other has two Twin beds. All bedrooms have smart tv's with free Roku channels.

The home has excellent WiFi throughout. A 65 inch Smart TV in the family room has a streaming package that includes sports and movie channels. All TV`s in the villa benefit from Roku streaming channels.

A den off the family room has its own TV as an alternative sitting room; but also has the benefit of a sofa bed and double wardrobe for additional guests if required, and allows the villa to accommodate up to 8 people if required. Ideally this would suit children.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and everything else you`d expect for cooking in a home environment.

The master bedroom offers separate access to the pool deck through glass sliders. It has a large walk in closet; the en suite comprises of a bath tub, separate walk in shower and Jack & Jill wash basins. There is a hairdryer in the en suite bathroom for guest use.

The guest bedrooms and den all benefit from double wardrobes. All rooms in the villa have ceiling fans for air circulation.

The ample sized pool deck area is south facing and provides all day sun, plus the benefit of a large covered area. Dining table, sun beds and deck chairs provide options for eating drinking and relaxing on the deck. A BBQ is also available for outside cooking.

Fully opening door sliders from the family room encourages integrated indoor and outdoor living. However, there is a separate access door to the pool deck from the hallway between the guest bedrooms and kitchen.

The pool has the benefit of having the electric heater available and for a small additional cost will maintain the water at 88 degrees F. The separate spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool and has varied settings that can be operated once in.

The home has off street parking and a double garage with automatic roller doors for guest use. Additionally it houses beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for use on trips out; plus four bicycles for a trip around Rotonda’s parks and trails.

It has a separate dining room plus a breakfast nook, providing the option of inside meals as an alternative to the deck.

A separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer.
