Nice, simple family home close to all Juneau has to offer! Super sunny area by the airport (on the sunny days) in a family friendly neighborhood. It's in walking distance to shopping, but is also equipped with some bicycles and a couple paddle boards for a day at the beach!

This house comes complete with bedding, linens, full kitchen, coffee pot, crock pot, Traegor grill - the works. If you don't have what you need while staying here, we're only minutes away! Basic items like salt and pepper are provided along with many other things.

This is a home and neighborhood you don't want to miss out on!

Beautiful, well-kept home near walking trail and great neighborhood. Hosts were responsive, welcoming, and friendly. One of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had!

Convenient location and fun place to stay!

We enjoyed this house and all the beds for our group of 8. Such a convenient location close to the airport and grocery stores. We enjoyed the fire pit out back, the bikes in the shed, and provided bottle of wine! Thank you for sharing this place with us!

Plenty of space, convenient to airport

We had a group of eight visiting Juneau and the house was perfect. We had plenty of space and it was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

My family and I stayed here 8 days and absolutely loved it! The hosts are lovely and very responsive. The pictures don’t do the space in this home justice. We had plenty of room for everyone, all the necessities in the kitchen for home cooked meals, and loved the added bonus of bikes and paddle boards. Would definitely stay here again!

Winter stay

The house was so cute and Janelle was more than accommodating! It was clean and cozy but with plenty of room. Beds were so comfortable! We loved it.

Great place

We loved the house. Great layout, had everything we needed and plenty of space. Lovely sitting areas out front and back, very nice for visiting. Host was a pleasure to work with, very helpful every step of the way. Convenient location, close to all the activities we did while there. Nice “local” touches throughout the house. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay while in Juneau.

Highly recommend! Our family of 6 had an amazing stay. The check in process was very easy. The door code was messaged to me. Janelle was very accommodating & was quick to respond to my messages.We couldn’t find the remote control for one of the bedrooms. She purchased a universal remote control. The house is equipped with everything you would need. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans & silverware. We will definitely be back.

Perfect!

We planned a fishing trip for friends and family at another lodge, but wanted to get to Juneau a few days early to explore the area and give other travelers time to arrive when their schedule allowed. This house was perfect for our group of 8. It is close to the airport for convenient pick-ups, and our son even walked to the house when he arrived (He travels light!) We cooked, enjoyed the fire pit out back, took trips to the surrounding areas, and slept great at night. Highly recommend!

In town for a wedding - 8 night stay

The location was super convenient. We made several trips to Auke Bay and downtown, and it was nice that we were very centrally located. The host is very communicative and responsive. The room with the bunks seals pretty tight, so the air mattress in that room causes the door to bang each time someone moved on the air mattress. Tried to open the window, but didn't want to force the cranks. Cracking the door helped. It was pretty warm during our stay, so the big fan helped a lot. Great place to stay!

Great location for Juneau

Loved this VRBO. Clean, roomy, fully stocked, hosts even left us local beer and wine! Actually walkable from airport. A few restaurants in walking distance too. Nice back yard with amazing views of mountains, also visible from dining table. WOW! Comfy beds. TVs in bedrooms and living room for streaming. Owners live next door and came over to check on us and ensure all was ok. Even brought over bubbles for the grandkids! Walking trail down the block that goes by airport and into beautiful wetland area. Kids loved watching planes take off over thier heads. If any negative, the internet is slow. Max 8 mbs so some bufering with streaming and certainly would be a limiting factor if need to work from the house. Also airport noise is noticable during the day with all the helicopter tours coming and going but hardly noticable from inside house.

Highly Recommended

Anyone who stays on this property will immediately realize that they don't have anything to worry about. Dan and Janelle will make sure your stay is nice, and that everything is taken care of. They made sure to keep us informed and made sure we always had what we needed, including crucial travel info, any supplies we might need, and extra items to add to our overall experience. Their place was extraordinary clean, well lit, had a fantastic view, and too many creature comforts to list. If you need anything they have it. If they don't they'll probably offer to get it for you. And if you catch them in an off day Fred Meyers down the road will have it less than 5 min away by car. Whether a short trip or 2 week vacation you would be missing out if you didn't give Dan and Janelle a chance, because they will improve your stay.

Gray House

Owners were very responsive and attentive. We need a steamer to steam our daughters wedding dress and they provided one. They also provide local brewed spirits and coffee which we enjoyed trying too.

Great spot close to the juneau airport.

Host was very friendly and accommodating. The blow up mattress wouldn’t hold air and the host had it replaced immediately. Recommend to anyone!
