Sleeps 10: two kings, one queen, one full bed, and a pull-out couch. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. This three-story townhome in Carolina Beach is built for families, multi-family trips, and friend groups who want everyone to have their own bathroom and their own space.

THE BATHROOM ADVANTAGE
Each bedroom has a private, attached full bathroom. Two families sharing one house? Zero bathroom lines. Each couple or family gets their own ensuite to shower, get ready, and wind down at their own pace. After a beach day, head straight to your room and rinse off without waiting. This makes mornings easier and gives everyone real privacy, whether you're traveling with kids, sharing the house with another family, or splitting a trip with friends.

Bedroom 1 (Ground Level): Full bed + pull-out couch (sleeps 4), mini fridge, Roku TV with live TV, private ensuite bath, room-darkening shades, ceiling fan. Pullout couch linens are in the coffee table.

Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): King bed (sleeps 2), Roku TV with live TV, private ensuite bath with shower and tub, room-darkening shades, ceiling fan, bedside lamp with 2 USB ports.

Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): King bed (sleeps 2), Roku TV with live TV, private ensuite bath, room-darkening shades, ceiling fan, bedside lamp with 2 USB ports.

Bedroom 4 (3rd Floor): Queen bed (sleeps 2), Roku TV with live TV, private ensuite bath, room-darkening shades, ceiling fan, bedside lamp with 2 USB ports.

BEACH DAY LOGISTICS
Alabama Ave Beach Access is about a 5-block (~7 min) walk from the house. It's a pleasant stroll through the neighborhood past the beach houses. Load up the wagon and go. No need for paid beach parking.

Everything you need for the beach is already stocked in the garage. Pack less, it's all here:

When you get back, head straight to your ensuite bathroom to rinse off. Beach towels are not provided, so plan to bring your own or grab some locally. Please rinse sand off gear before storing it back in the garage.

OUTDOOR LIVING
2 private furnished balconies with outdoor furniture, plus a furnished patio. Char-Broil gas grill, full gas tank included (spare in the garage). Great for grilling after the beach, morning coffee with a breeze, or evening hangs. Please turn off the gas valve after each use.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Fully stocked for cooking for a group: refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, Keurig (bring your own pods), blender, toaster, toaster oven, hot water kettle, cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper), baking sheets, plenty of dishes, flatware, and wine glasses. Dining table seats the full group. Kitchen bar with 3 stools.

ENTERTAINMENT
50" Roku TV in the living room with live TV and streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Max, Apple TV, Amazon Prime). Roku TV in every bedroom too. Board games, recliner, and comfortable seating for the whole group.

WIFI AND WORKSPACE
Reliable WiFi throughout the house. Ethernet connection available. Dedicated workspace with desk and power outlet for remote work days.

FAMILY ESSENTIALS
Pack-n-play with sheets, high chair, baby safety gates, children's books and toys. Crib available on request. Room-darkening shades in every bedroom for nap time.

COMFORT DETAILS
Central AC and heating with ceiling fans in every room. Room-darkening shades in all bedrooms. An iron and ironing board available. Cleaning products provided.

LAUNDRY
Full-size washer and dryer in unit. Detergent provided.

PARKING AND ARRIVAL
Private entrance with smart lock (unique code provided before check-in). Garage fits 1 vehicle. Driveway fits 1 vehicle. 2 spots total. Pull into the driveway to unload, then park. Beach gear is in the garage for easy grab-and-go access. Carolina Beach has paid public parking during busy months, but since you can walk to the beach from here, you won't need it.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

Stairs: This is a multi-level townhome with interior stairs. The ground floor bedroom is accessible without stairs. The 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms require stairs.

No pets. No smoking or vaping. No events or parties.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We're in a residential neighborhood and ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors.

Primary renter must be 23 years or older. Maximum 10 overnight guests.

Jon’s home was amazing , perfect for large families he had great communication the entire time and was super helpful with anything we needed. The house was clean , perfect commute to the beach , packed with everything you could possibly need to make the beach vacation enjoyable. Will definitely be returning and booking again.

My family and our friends thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for our annual J4 beach trip. The location was great, in the heart of the community at CB, and was just a short walk to the beach. The home had all the beach items you would need, which Jon let me know ahead of time, and that saved me from packing beach gear (chairs, tents, carts, toys for kids, etc.). We loved the home so much and the area that we're started looking at homes. We did have one small issue with a pull out bed that Jon was very quick to respond to and get a handyman out to repair. Overall, A for the host and home.

Absolutely Fabulous

We had an amazing stay at Casa de Leo and we can’t wait to come again! The home was perfect for all our family needs and had all the amenities! The beach was just a short walk away with the added bonus of having all the beach equipment we could wan or need! We will for sure recommend this place to everyone we know and will be back!!

Great stay and enjoyed house

This was a family get together with family coming from 3 states and 3 generations. We had plenty of space with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and open concept kitchen dining area with large table and family room. Beautiful view off deck and backyard provided space for kids to play.

Everything you need for a fun, family getaway!

Cozy home with everything you need! House was cute & clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of cookware and dishes to make all our meals! Loved the wagon that made it so easy to take all our gear to the beach! It was only a 5 minute walk! Great hosts who have thought of everything we would need for a fun beach vacation!!

Beach Weekend Getaway

The Casa de Leo beach house was a great location in Carolina Beach to spend some time with friends. The host was very responsive and, when our check-in time was delayed, he even provided the first round of drinks at a local tiki bar. We were able to walk to the beach and find groceries/shops within a short drive. The only thing that would have made our stay even better was to have beach towels available for guests who had flown in from out of state. Overall, it was a great place to spend a weekend at the beach!

Exceeds expectations

Host was great from the beginning. House was clean and organized. No need to bring extras plus there's plenty to do in Carolina Beach. Only setback was the baby gate didn't stay up at the top of the steps but we just blocked it with a chair temporarily. Would book again if in the area.

Nice house

Very nice home and it was clean! The only issue was the one bedroom being located in the garage. The garage bedroom is disconnected from the actual interior of the house. Other than that no issues. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad with no issues.

Family time

This was our 1st family getaway at Carolina Beach. Property had plenty of space with many of the necessities needed. Although the property was nicely updated it was lacking in a few places. The bathrooms and kitchen needed more attention paid to the cleaning in these areas. No water in cooler but a call to owners had water promptly delivered. Non functioning Jacuzzi (husband was looking forward to it),torn screen in living room, 1of2 bikes inoperable, beach chairs broken (2), carpet needed cleaning in spots. Our overall review is a 3 1/2 actually. .,

Good house, walk to beach a bit much though

To start, I rate all places to stay on a global scale, hotels, motels, homes. A 5 rating needs to be exquisite, come with a butler… you get the idea. I do not generally give or take away points for location, since you that info when rent reserving; however, I will make note of location based info. This proposal further from the beach than I had realized, and a long walk back after a day at the beach. We drove and paid to park after the first day… so bear trust in mind , seems like it was $25/day House was fine, parking interesting if you have 3 or more families: 1 car inside garage and 2 in drive (3 possible but very tight) There were a handful of issues with the house, relatively minor and the host was quick to reply and get someone out to address the biggest issue; however all the issues we found should have already been seen and addressed, so I am taking off a point for those. For a beach house it was nice, but not spectacular, so starting with a 4 star, minus one, gives me 3 star overall rating. In a 10 point scale I would have given 7-8. I’m the end your typical larger beach house, if I stayed in this area again though, I would try to stay closer to the beach (or rent a golf cart)

We're Jon and Kiela, and our son Leo is the reason this place is called Casa De Leo. We live in Brooklyn, but Carolina Beach has become our family's home base on the coast. Many of our extended family members have moved to the Carolina Beach and Kure Beach area over the years, so we come down as often as we can.

When we're not here ourselves, we love knowing that other families get to make their own memories at the house. We take pride in keeping it stocked, clean, and ready for your group to walk in and start relaxing. Our local family is just blocks away if you ever need anything during your stay.

Carolina Beach sits on Pleasure Island with a laid-back boardwalk, local restaurants, ice cream shops, fishing piers, and Carolina Beach State Park just minutes away. It's the kind of beach town where you can walk to dinner, catch live music on the boardwalk, and still feel like you've escaped the everyday.

Our house is about a 4-block walk to Alabama Ave Beach Access. You load up the beach wagon with chairs and gear and stroll through the neighborhood past all the beach houses. It's a pleasant walk and takes just a few minutes. No fighting for paid parking spots, no shuttles, no drop-off logistics.

The Tiki Bar is less than a mile away. Both the Carolina Beach and Kure Beach piers are about a mile out. Families love it here because the beach is wide, the water is calm, and there's always something to do nearby without needing a car once you're settled in.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Every bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, zero shared hallway baths. Two families sharing one house? Zero bathroom lines. Each couple or family gets their own ensuite. That's the kind of thing that turns a good trip into a great one.

We've stocked the house with a full beach gear setup so you can pack less: 10 chairs, 3 umbrellas, 3 boogie boards, 2 beach wagon for hauling everything, a rolling cooler, and kids' sand toys. It's all stored in the garage. Load up the wagon, walk 5 blocks to the beach, and you're there.

The house has two private balconies and a furnished patio with a gas grill, so there's always somewhere to spread out, cook together, or just sit with a drink after the sun goes down. Inside, every bedroom has its own Roku TV with streaming, room-darkening shades for afternoon naps, and the living room has a 50-inch screen with board games nearby.
