Beachfront Duplex with 3 Decks and Awesome Ocean Views & Beach Access

Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation at our beautiful place. Sun and ocean during the day; stars and sand at night. All new flat screen televisions in 2022. Breathtaking beach views on every level. We are Unit B (South Unit), a 2200 sf duplex with 3 living floors. Elevator with carport access.

Top floor has two king master suites. One oceanside with king bed and beachfront balcony and a second master suite with king bed. Third floor kitchen has breakfast bar and large island, large dining area, half bath, and beachfront living area with 43" flat screen. Bottom floor has two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 sets of full size twin mattress bunks, large full bath, and laundry closet. Five flat screen TVs: 43 in main living area, 40' in both master bedrooms, 32 inch in one queen rooms. and 40 inch in the second queen bedroom. Granite countertops, hardwood floors, and luxury vinyl planks in all bedrooms.

Carolina Beach is on an island. As such, we are at the end of the line when it comes to internet access, cable TV, telephone, electric and the like. There may be interruption to utilities which are beyond our control. If your vacation trip is dependent upon having perfect internet access, then you may need to look somewhere other than Carolina Beach. We experience intermittent internet outage as did most customers on the island.

Located within walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, shops and summertime beachfront amusement park. Downtown Carolina Beach is .50 mile north either by street or beach. Near Fort Fisher State Park and Southport Ferry. Parking for four vehicles. This is a non-smoking beachfront property and pets are not permitted. No events are permitted. High Season rentals (Memorial Day to Labor Day) are Saturday to Saturday rentals with a seven day minimum. Exceptions are possible but difficult during high season. If you are interested in a shorter stay, please send an inquiry. The price for a shorter stay will be quoted to you once you identify the desired dates.

Great Beach Trip!

What a great house!! It was perfect for our family. The area is very walkable which is so nice. We have rented several homes on Carolina Beach and this is the best one we have stayed in. Hoping to stay again next year!

Perfect beach property

The most spotless vacation place I’ve ever rented. Beautiful property inside and out. Walking distance to the Boardwalk and many restaurants . The beach wasn’t crazy busy at this location which was nice. Highly recommend.

This house was great and with a great view of the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and very clean throughout the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the host was very supportive in our needs and great to work with. Will definitely look to coming back again!

Wonderful house with incredible view

This was a bucket list trip for me. My family has been coming to this beach each summer fir the past 50 years. We were never able to afford such a beautiful home, but it was worth every penny. It was as described, clean, the elevator was a life saver. The kitchen was functional. The view was spectacular! Thank you Craig!

Was a great location and a nice duplex. Knida misleading on the AD as there is only 1 oceanfront bathroom. The queen has to share a tiny bathroom with the bunk room. For 7500 it shouldnt feel like camping for the downstairs people. Wifi was terrible throughout the house the entire week. Could hardly stream tv. Elevator worked well and was a life saver for my 86yr old mom. Was a fun week nonetheless but definitely will leave you feeling like you wasted a few thousand but location is what demands this price for sure... thank you

Wicked good house steps from the beach!

Very clean and well appointed five bedroom duplex. Comfortable beds, a great couch, comfy chairs and lots of nice finishing touches. The kitchen was well stocked for making our family meals. Excellent views from the 2 balconies which overlook the dunes and the beach. Owner Craig was very responsive when we reported an issue with the the ducting for one of the AC vents and had a repair person out with minimal delay. Responded to all our questions leading up to the stay and during the stay very promptly. The house, location, and owner do not disappoint! You will love your stay here!

Great property

We were looking for a property not To far from town and we nailed it. Walking distance from most places. Only down fall we were ocean front But our beach access from the house was under construction the whole visit :( we made the best of it. Great home. Wonderful communication. We had an issue getting in with the code but Craig resolved it immediately.

There is no bad location at Carolina Beach - it is all good! We do believe our location is ideal and an easy walk to downtown and local restaurants. The beach is currently undergoing a coastal renourishment process to restore the beach from past storms and natural erosion. Coastal restoration is a huge project and expense and is typically done in the off-season. It is a fascinating display of equipment and manpower.

A great beach escape!

We just returned from a great stay at Southern Comfort at Carolina Beach. It was our first trip to Carolina Beach and we feel very fortunate to have found this house (Southern Comfort). The house is literally beachfront, you walk out of the house and down the private deck and you are on the beach. Carolina Beach is a densely populated beach town but once you are at Southern Comfort you forget completely about anything other than enjoying the beach. The house is ideally situated on a quiet one way street and it's a short walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, and the Celtic Creamery (don't miss their ice cream and fresh donuts!!). The owners take pride in their house and making sure it is well equipped for guests. We had a great stay and would definitely choose Southern Comfort again when in Carolina Beach!

Hit the jackpot on our first trip to Carolina Beach!

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful home! 4 adults, 4 teens and 3 twenty-somethings. The house accommodations were exactly as advertised. Comfortable bedrooms and excellent common area for our family reunion. The beverage fridge was such a great feature and one we will look for in any future rentals. Plenty of space to gather on the main level. Nice big couch for the movie watchers and a big table for the game players. The Adirondack beach chairs are perfect for the beach and nice and light so easy to carry. The location of this house could not have been better. A quick walk to restaurants, bars and convenience store. Only a short walk to the boardwalk and more restaurants and shops! We watched the Thursday night fireworks right from our beach area. The 3 decks are much larger than they appear in the photos. Plenty of space for several people to gather at one time. My only wish would be for an enclosed outdoor shower- but the shower and hose on the beach walkway certainly got the job done! Craig was very responsive to our many questions and easy to contact. We hope to return in the future!

Great location!

Loved the house had direct access to the beach. The elevator was a god send! Needs a few amenities however, like a chair and dresser in the Master bedroom, clean beds (sand and bugs under comforters on 2nd floor). Kitchen was well stocked, but had only 2 awful frying pans. Small things that matter.

Great House, Great Location, Great Beach, Great Host.

Hosts have a nice house with good amenities. It's well stocked with what you need. It's close to the boardwalk area - plenty of things to do, eat and play within walking distance. The host was excellent in communications and instructions. This house is definitely on my list of favorites.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful week at this rental. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the extra beverage storage was a nice bonus. The rental is comfortably furnished and we had plenty of room for our group of 9. The elevator is great for getting heavy things up to the different floors. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay

We enjoyed our week here, love the closeness to the beach, and to all stores and restaurants. Boardwalk is a great area and walking distance. House had everything we needed to have meals at home too. Loved the fact the house had a elevator with all the floors. This is our second vacation at Carolina Beach, we love it there.

We love Carolina Beach and its location near Wilmington and other coastal areas. Downtown Carolina Beach for shops, restaurants, bars, and summertime amusement park and open theatre is only a short walk away either by quiet streets or by walking along the beach. Outdoor Tiki Bar is a short walk. Weekly summer fireworks displays can be watched from the decks. We like the options available within a short walk, but often opt to stay at the beach to enjoy cocktails and ocean views while we listen to our favorite tunes. But the good thing is that it is all available and a great time no matter how you choose to spend your beach time.

Awesome beach and ocean views and beautiful nightime sky views to watch while sitting in a beach chair sipping a cocktail, all while visiting friends or enjoying the privacy of the waves crashing in on our front yard.
