Vacation apartment/apartment for 4 guests with 60m² in Grömitz (3850)

Small apartment complex on a hillside with 2 non-smoking apartments and garden in close proximity to the beach and marina. A parking space (parking bay) is available in the street Königsredder directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be visually protected and parked by the balcony overhang weather protected on the terrace. Pets are not included. For the apartment "below" a barbecue is available. A crib and a high chair can be provided on request.

The non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor, is about 61 square meters and has a large terrace (about 30 square meters) in south-west facing (with garden and barbecue). The living room is equipped with cable TV, free Wi-Fi access (but only by special arrangement), telephone (free calls in the fixed network Germany - without special numbers) and radio and a kitchenette u. a. equipped with oven, dishwasher and microwave. Furthermore, you will find in the apartment a double room, a bedroom with two single beds of 1.90 m in length (the photo is out of date: the bunk bed was set up separately) and a 2018 newly renovated shower room / WC. The shower is at ground level. Unfortunately, a photo of the new bathroom is not yet available. Bed linen (ready made) and towels (except beach towels) are provided. The apartment should basically only with max. 4 persons (incl. Children).

Beach chairs and a beach chair overlooking the Baltic Sea and the marina marina are available in the garden.
