Completely renovated and new and stylishly equipped 2-room apartment in 1. Floor of a two-family house, about 45 square meters living space.
Quiet residential area - the main beach and the spa promenade can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes. Supermarket and bakery are also within walking distance.
As a very special service, your host offers a free seasonal beach chair and free Wi-Fi access.
The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, kitchenette in the hallway and a small shower room / WC. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (about 1.50 width) for two people, there is also a dining area for four people and a large flat screen TV. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2) and enough closet space. The kitchen is equipped with oven, 4-ring ceramic hob and dishwasher and the usual small appliances.
The balcony is aligned to the south side and equipped with balcony chairs and table.
Bed linen and towels must be brought along, a rental is not possible here.
A parking space is available directly at the house.
Non smoking. Pets are not allowed.
High chair and cot can be provided on request. For reasons of space, the cot can only be set up in the living room.
