Great farm house

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very helpful and the house was clean and comfortable. Cooperstown and Howe Caverns are both close. Would book again!

This is a wonderful property that feels like your home away from home right away. The pool is excellent, the place is clean, the wifi is great and the layout is very spacious.

Our stay in Cherry Valley was outstanding. Our son played at Cooperstown Dream Park and we stayed here with our daughter and my wife's parents. There was plenty of space and we really enjoyed the quiet retreat each night. We made good use of the pool on the hot days and the air conditioning made for a sound sleep. I'd highly recommend this for a family whose kid is playing baseball in Cooperstown.

Karen went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was special. The house was beautiful with amazing views. The pool felt incredible after visiting Cooperstown nearby.

The pictures did not do a justice with the actual house and location. The house was beautiful and clean and the views were outstanding. It was a home away from home with all the essentials we needed and then some. Karen thought of everything to make it an easy and stress free stay. I give a rating of 6 out of 5 stars. I hope we make it back again real soon.

Beautiful Spot to Stay for Cooperstown Tournament

Me, my wife, daughter, and Mother-in-law stayed here for our Cooperstown Tournament. At first I was dreading the 30 minute drive to the fields, but the Cherry Valley to Cooperstown drive is so beautiful. The home was perfect for us. A clean and comfortable farm house with plenty of room. Do not miss the sunrise! Karen wast a wonderful host who accommodated us arriving later than expected and communicated well whenever we had questions. You can tell she really cares about your experience. Highly recommend!

Cooperstown getaway

Our hosts, Karen & Scott, could not have been any better in greeting us and showing us around the property. They gave us some suggestions on nearby locations to visit. The house was very clean and lived up to the online description. We were there for a baseball tournament and this location gave us ample opportunity to kick back and relax. To be able to sit on the deck, have coffee, and watch the hummingbirds come to use the bird feeder with the hills in the background was really a super way to unwind. Overall a very peaceful and very nice experience which exceeded our expectations!

Karen is an amazing host! Takes the time to check in to make sure your stay is going well. The house is perfect. Very comfortable, extremely clean, and a fantastic location. Iā€™ve stayed here 3 times and Karen has truly exceeded expectations every time. You wonā€™t regret!!

Beautiful place

Karenā€˜s house was adorable, immaculate, and the kids were super happy there! Between the view, the gorgeous night sky, and the pool, we were in heaven! Karen was very accommodating and shared great local places to visit as well. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.
