Sunset Escape - Incredible Waterfront Condo Near Beautiful Anna Maria Island!

We have been hosting vacations since 2012, having managed multiple properties on Lake Tenkiller in Oklahoma and at the base of peak 9 Breckenridge Colorado over the past decade.

We are owner/managers who pride ourselves on giving our clients fantastic vacation experiences. We value our own vacation time immensely, and know exactly how important it is to have comfortable and inviting lodging to serve as the home base for vacation adventures, and also as a place for quiet rest and relaxation.

We are beyond excited to now offer this waterfront property in Florida, and we could find no better location to meet our family's vacation needs than the Bradenton/Anna Maria Island area. Simply put - it is the perfect escape from the hectic pace of modern life. You can't help but slow down and soak in the views, the sun, and the fun.

Marina Walk at One Particular Harbor is an incredibly unique resort community. It is one of the newest developments in the Anna Maria Island area, and this helps provide a true luxury experience for the discerning vacationer. The Anna Maria Island experience is special, with a laid back vibe and plenty of beaches, dining, shopping and water activities in the area. AMI attracts many repeat visitors because of its ambiance, activities and accessibility (flights to Tampa, Sarasota, Orlando).

Our condo faces west, for amazing sunsets and views of the Anna Maria Sound. The mangroves and small island create a lush backdrop for the water and wildlife viewing. Osprey will roost on the tree in front of our condo, while dolphins and manatee can be seen in the Sound.

We furnished our home with all the comfort and amenities we would want in our own home and while on vacation. You will love our open floor plan for entertaining your family and sitting out on our spacious lanai overlooking Anna Maria Sound. **Note - some art and furnishings may be upgraded as we update the condo**

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Seat up to eight guests at our gathering table or four can enjoy a meal at the kitchen breakfast bar. You have a beautiful view of Anna Maria Sound from either space.

Our three bedrooms offer relaxing comfort. The Master bedroom has views of the Sound and mangroves with a king size bed, TV and large walk in closet. The master en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity sink. The second guest room has a queen bed, TV and en suite with a tub/shower combo. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds and TV. Its bathroom entry is in the hallway and also has a tub/shower combo. The sofa in the living room is a queen sleeper-sofa.

The beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and powdery white sand beaches are just a mile away (across the Anna Maria Sound bridge), and our guests also love the beautiful sunsets as you look out onto Anna Maria Sound while sitting on our spacious lanai.

The location of of community on Perico Island is home to 3 nature preserves for walking, biking, birding and kayaking. And if you’ve ever dreamed of riding horses on the beach and taking a horse swim, our unit is less than a mile from this amazing experience! Downtown Bradenton is also just minutes away and offers great restaurants and unique shops as you stroll down Old Main Street and a riverfront park for your enjoyment.

Our community offers resort-like amenities with a heated pool, splash pad, gas barbeque grills and playground for the kids. One (1) Assigned, covered parking is available for our unit. There is parking out front of the building for an additional vehicle. Only (2) vehicles are allowed. We provide plenty of beach towels for your enjoyment at the pool or the beach.

Our short-term guests who stay fewer than 30 days have access to the Clubhouse that offers a heated pool (seasonal), bathrooms, entertainment area, splash pad, playground, BBQ grills with picnic tables and outdoor seating. These are great amenities for families and children and are available to all of our guests regardless of length of stay.

For guests with extended stays - 30 days or longer - our neighboring community becomes available and offers additional amenities which include:

Ours is a gated community with many full-time residents and a homeowners association. We ask that all our guests follow the house rules to show respect for our neighbors and our community.
