Located at the base of the Manatee Ave. bridge, this amazing unit is 1 mile from the blue waters and white powder sands of Anna Maria Island. Its conveniently located close to beaches, Preserves, Restaurants, and shopping. This waterfront luxury condo is the Florida vacation of your dreams in Jimmy Buffets "Margaritaville"! Just outside of the community, you will find 3 nature preserves for walking, biking, sightseeing, and kayaking.
The community offers a rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's play area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A marina with wet and dry storage is now open and available to keep your boat at for an additional fee during your stay!
Inside the unit you will find your very own vacation haven. Having been recently built, the units have all new furnishings and interiors. Enjoy modern beach-style decor with comfort and relaxation in mind! The unit is located on the first floor and has an elevator as well as a private parking spot for you during your stay.
The main living space offers a fabulous open floor plan for entertaining your group. In the living room, you will enjoy a 65 in flat-screen Smart TV and large sliding glass doors that completely open to an enclosed lanai. After your adventures for the day, you can relax on the lanai while watching the gorgeous sunsets along the sparkling waters of the gulf.
The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a fully equipped kitchen giving you everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals. Seat up to six guests in the more formal dining area or three can enjoy a snack at the kitchen breakfast bar. It doesn't matter – all will appreciate the same scenic view.
This unit also has a storage closet downstairs with 2 bikes and beach chairs to use during your stay!
Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located in the back of the house with sweeping views of Anna Maria Sound. This bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a 55 in Smart TV and on suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located in the front of the unit. Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and a 55 in Smart TV as well as an attached on suite bathroom, bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds as well as a pull-out trundle bed and a Bean Bag Chair that converts to a full-size sleeper for additional sleeping. The unit will sleep up to 8 comfortably. An additional Shared Bathroom is located outside of this bedroom.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.
This unit does have a washer and dryer for use inside the unit.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
