Location Description:
The modern, newly built in 2014 semi-detached house is located in a small cul-de-sac of the village "new depth", in the golden middle between the beautiful old town of Burg and the adventure port Burgstaaken, as well as the south beach.
On the beach there is a hairdresser, small supermarket, restaurants, the FehMare water park, bakery, beautician, boat and bike rental, surf and sailing school. The adventure harbor offers a climbing tower, fishing and cutter trips, a kart track or numerous other exhibitions.
All destinations are within walking distance or easily reached by bike.
The city castle offers a cozy old town scenery and many shops and markets for strolling and lingering.

You expect a bright and modern almost 100 sqm semi-detached house, which is heated with underfloor heating. Each house has a south-facing terrace with garden furniture. The 1500sqm large fenced garden with mature fruit trees and terrace with barbecue area, are the entire duplex available.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, induction cooker, microwave, extractor fan and what else you need (coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster). The large dining table invites you to eat together or spend a cozy game night. In the living room you can watch TV on the cuddly sunbathing area (sofa) with the LED TV, listen to music or relax in a cozy atmosphere.
The three bedrooms are on the first floor and are equipped with a double bed and four single beds and three large closets. On request, we also offer a baby equipment (cot, changing table, high chair) with. Blackout blinds, comfortable mattresses and extra large blankets (155x220) ensure a restful sleep.
The bathroom upstairs has an extra large shower, towel heater, hair dryer and plenty of storage space. So that no morning stress arises, is located in the EC additionally a witeres shower.
