Beautiful lakefront home on Trout Lake

Come enjoy a stay at our beautiful and well appointed waterfront home on pristine Trout Lake in upstate New York's Adirondack Region. Nestled on a quiet lane overseeing Washerwomen's Bay, you will enjoy fishing, sunning, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking or just relaxing on one of many spacious decks. Or you can stay entertained indoors with games, cards or enjoying a movie on a brand new 75 in Smart TV. (High speed internet is included)

This modern-rustic home offers a spacious great room with cathedral ceilings and plenty of open space to cook/grill and enjoy dinner overlooking the lake from the Octagon room. A master suite is also located on the first floor with an attached master bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. Upstairs you will find another full bathroom with a standing shower as well as two Queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with two full bunks and a pull out twin-trundle. All bedrooms include ceiling and standing fans.

Our home includes multiple refrigerators, a washer/dryer, gas stove, gas grill and dishwasher. Towels and sheets are also included in your stay.

Peace and tranquility in a beautifully furnished home! The layout works perfect for three generations traveling together. The house had everything we needed - the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was our second time staying and it was just as perfect as the first time three years ago! The host was helpful and responsive throughout!

Delightful getaway

This is a beautiful lake house right on the water with everything that you could need. Host Heidi is incredibly responsive and has thought of everything for an enjoyable stay. The lake house is both charming and comfortable, and perfect for a large family or group of friends.

A great week spent in a great house in a great location. The lakefront home was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for 8 of us, and the kayaks and paddle boards were great for exploring the lake and islands. We also rented the pontoon boat from Heidi, which was great for swimming excursions to quiet coves. Heidi was always very responsive to questions and communication.

Lakehouse retreat

My friends and I had a wonderful time here! The location is fantastic; right on the lake, quiet, comfortable, and has all the essentials. The kayaks can take 4 people at a time, the fire pit has 6 seats around it, there are plenty of deck chairs, and the dining table accommodates 8 comfortably. I would highly recommend and certainly return, it was a wonderful stay with excellent trails in the surrounding forests.

Relaxation

If youā€™re looking for a quiet place to relax, this is it. The weather didnā€™t cooperate during our stay so we were not able to get out on the lake, but enjoyed the views and having a fire. Some of the best sleep weā€™ve had in a long time, the bed was so comfortable as was the rest of the house.

Beautiful Lakefront

Our adult children and significant others spent three nights at this Adirondack gem. We swam, kayaked, paddle boarded and enjoyed sā€™mores around the fire pit. The home boasts a tastefully decorated interior, well stocked kitchen and large deck for lounging. Our host was always quick to respond to any questions. We had a fantastic weekend!

Beautiful home on trout lake

The design of the home and the landscaping was beautiful. The owner is quick to respond to any question. The SUPā€™s were excellent. Very nice outside fireplace. The tv was huge. Itā€™s the first time that Iā€™ve watched such a large tv, and it was fun to see a movie on it.

Best Lake House yet!

We have been renting lake houses throughout the Finger Lakes and ADKā€™s and this one was the best! The lake itself is clean, peaceful and quiet. The house offered it all- it was clean, had 4 legitimate bedrooms, a bunk bed room for the kids, an open finished basement, extra refrigerator downstairs with newer appliances throughout the house. The deck was beautiful look look out from while also having a good view of the kids playing in the lake. We plan to book again for next summer! The owner was responsive and great to work with.

Great experience!

Our 3-generation family of 9 people recently spent a glorious week at this property on Trout Lake. It is a very nice home, with many amenities available for you. The home was super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming, using the 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards. Trout Lake is quiet, which we enjoyed. In the evening, we built campfires in the new firepit area. It was our family's 16th Annual Family Week, and we made wonderful memories here at Trout Lake. There are no negatives about our entire experience. Heidi was very helpful right from the beginning.

Best Getaway in YEARS!!

If you are looking for a chic and cozy cabin just far enough off the grid but close enough to civilization, this is your place! It is not just beautiful, but it was clean, well organized, spacious, and we didn't want to leave the house! The view off the deck was serene. The furniture and bedding were comfy (you don't always find that in a rental!!) and linens were fresh. The appliances were new and state of the art. The owner was highly attentive and an excellent communicator. I can't say enough good things! We are already looking at schedules for the summer as we imagine it is even more breathtaking. Well done Heidi! - Thank you for giving us the time away we really needed!!

Beautiful house on serene lake

My family (spouse, parents, siblings, and 10 year old neice) had a great time staying at this house. The house itself is beautiful and has a nice open floor plan on the first level with a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The spacious master bedroom is also on the first floor and has a door opening onto the deck and a large en suite bathroom. There are windows lining the back side of the house for an excellent view of the lake no matter where you are (upstairs too!). The deck is large and great for morning coffee and catching afternoon sun when not on the water. The lake itself is very clean and calm. We enjoyed hours of paddleboarding and kayaking, and exploring all the nooks and crannies of the lake (there's a lot of them!). Heidi was a very responsive and accomodating host. We would definately stay here again!

This was our second stay here and it was just as great as the first! The house is beautiful, well appointed, and comfortably accommodated my family. Trout Lake is a gem, with lots of nooks and crannies for us to explore on our kayaks and paddleboards. We played cornhole, lounged on our floaties, ate good food, and explored the lake. I'm looking forward to our next stay!
