The spacious apartment on the ground and first floor of the beach resort in a beautiful south-facing location offers many amenities and upscale amenities for relaxing and relaxing days right on the marina. The extensive beach and the modern pier can be reached in just a few steps over the Dünenweg. Restaurants and shopping can be found in the city center and in the harbor. Both can be reached in about five minutes.

The open kitchen with adjoining dining and living area is flooded with light through the large floor to ceiling windows and provides a cozy atmosphere. In the evening you can end the day on cold autumn and winter evenings by the warming stove. The living area has a large LED Smart TV with Blu-Ray / DVD player and X-Box-360. There is also a mini-CD system with i-phone / i-pod connection. The entire apartment has underfloor heating.

On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub with shower facilities, underfloor heating and towel radiators.
