The apartment is located directly on the marina promenade in the quiet and back area of the beach resort. The apartment is located in close proximity to the pier and is just a stone's throw from the center with all its shops, restaurants and the fishing port.

From the terrace and the sheltered balcony on the first floor you have a wonderful view of the marina, the Fehmarn Sound and the nature reserve Graswarder. To the right of the house there is direct access to the marina.

On the ground floor there is an open kitchen equipped with brand appliances of the company "Neff" such as (dishwasher, ceramic hob / oven, refrigerator, and a microwave and a v. M.). The dining table was enriched with a bench so that 7 people have space.

In the living area there is a sofa corner with a chair, which stands in front of a gas stove, the fireplace invites you to relax and is operated by remote control. The annoying lumbering is eliminated.

The living room was equipped with a LED flat screen of a data outlet, radio and DVD / CD player.
Throughout the house Internet / W-Lan is available.

From the living room and via an extra wide sculptured door you reach the terrace. In the summer months, it offers comfortable garden furniture, barbecue facilities and a beach chair.

Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts enchant you with a view of the dunes and the water.

On the ground floor there is a sauna with an integrated shower.
The shower 0,90m x 1,60m is extra large, ground level, barrier-free and can be used with a walker. Therefore also suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

In this room there is a built-in washing machine and a dryer, both units are separated from each other, there is sufficient storage space next to and above the equipment.
The toilet has been mounted extra higher and makes getting up easier.
The storage room under the stairs offers sufficient storage space.

The bathroom upstairs was equipped with a tub, also here a shower was installed in a width of 0.90m.
The toilet and the sink are higher mounted as on the ground floor, next to the sink is a vanity mirror.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all of which have box spring beds. In addition, there are more TVs in the bedrooms with the double beds.

Something special is the spacious bedroom with its wind-protected balcony of the extra wide balcony door (sculpted door) and a wonderful view of the marina.
The bedroom was equipped with an extra large box spring bed 200x200 cm, in this room is also a sofa bed with a bed surface of 140x200 cm.

The electric Velux windows of the bedrooms have received an exterior shutters.

The bedrooms have a view of the marina, the dunes and the Baltic Sea.

In addition, there is a highchair seat and a travel cot for children.
The children's playground is about 100 meters away.

In the communal area bicycles can be safely parked.
