The spacious living room offers for 2 people an extra bed option on a couch in Boxspring innerspring quality. The modern L-kitchen and the cozy dining area are designed maritime - the solid wood furniture lovingly crafted from former fishing boats. Technically, the apartment is fully equipped.

The foredeck is, like on cruise ships, the noblest of our maritime-designed apartments. Completely redeveloped in 2018 - Floor - Ceiling - Doors - Windows - Walls; all things new.

The completed breakfast terrace with sun loungers and table, as well as the apartment entrance, are located on the east side of the house. Your additional West Terrace with access through the generous patio door out of the living room, is equipped for the nightcap with the evening sun with lounge furniture.

On the ground floor you enter the entrance area, led by red-green lighthouses with direct access to the spacious kitchen, the work area was separated by an L-kitchen solution from the living area and still communicating. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer and microwave. In the middle of the room is a wooden fishing canoe and the prying eyes through the porthole to the street, protect yourself by setting the sail.
Relax and let the maritime touch of the foredeck inspire you.
The living room invites you to relax on a large, modern spring-corner sofa and also offers access to the west-facing terrace.
The location of the apartment is "central and quiet" - you do not need 10 minutes walk to the water, no matter whether Baltic sea beach or port side. Despite the very location in the middle of town, you will find peace and relaxation here - the great shopping hubbub is a few minutes walk away, to the bakery or supermarket you can walk for a maximum of two minutes.

Those who want to listen not only to the cries of the waves and seagulls will find in the foredeck a large flat screen TV which is fed by the digital satellite, in addition BluRay player and CD Bluetooth radio. The terrace offers plenty of space for guests with a large table and comfortable folding armchairs.

Will more space be needed?
For large families or friends traveling together: 7 + 3 people can live together without touching the privacy of each other. The three apartments "Vordeck", "Achterdeck" and "Brückendeck" together form a holiday home for 7 (max 10) persons.
