Beautiful, very bright apartment for up to two adults and two children near the beach (only about 3 minutes by a small pedestrian path over the dike).

"Fienchen" is located in the 1. Floor of a quiet modern house and offers on about 60 m² a spacious living / bedroom, a separate bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 m wide), a bathroom with window and a kitchen open to the corridor.

The living room has a dining area, a high-quality sofa bed (1.80 width), coffee table, two leather armchairs and ample storage space (chests of drawers, closet) cozy, bright and tastefully decorated. If the weather does not work, there is an extensive collection of games for all ages, Wi-Fi, a TV and a DVD player with a selection DVDs for adults and children. There is also a CD player with many children CDs.

Through a double-wing door leads to the sunny south-west-facing balcony with table and two chairs (high-sleeper + editions).

The kitchen with morning sun is equipped with all necessary appliances such as stove with ceramic hob, hot air oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.

A department store is located in about 300 m, a playground about 250 m away.
The Ostseeklinik is about 200 meters from the property.
