Great Location close to the river.

Great accommodations, value, host, and location!

Charming loft in the heart of the downtown action was comfortable, well furnished, and well stocked. Convenient to all kinds of venues, tours, dining, and shopping. Location was a bit loud on Saturday night, but hosts supplied two white noise machines so able to sleep well. Never been to Savannah before so had no idea about availability of parking so difficulty unloading luggage and personal items was unexpected although nearby alley was helpful as a temporary stop. A number of public parking garages were within reasonable walking distance and once parked, simply walked the remainder of the trip to the many wonderful, nearby places to visit, shop, and hang out.

Great Short Stay with Great Host

The hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with. Our stay was great and the place had amazing amenities as advertised. I will look to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Stay

The place was very clean and just as expected. Location was absolutely great for all of the places we wanted to frequent. Only complaint of ours is that the mattress was hard as a rock, but everything else was awesome.

Savannah Wedding Weekend

My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding and decided to extend our trip to spend more time together since we are currently doing long distance. Everything about this property was perfect for us! The space was large enough for us to share comfortably, the accommodations were everything we needed, and it was within close walking distance to everything we needed and wanted to do during our stay. We could not have asked for a better trip!

Spring break in Savannah

Great location. Honestly, with it being so close to everything, we really didn’t need a rental car. It was nice to have to go to the Bass Pro and Tybee Island, but could’ve done without. Very clean space. Some noise from the street but the two sound machines helped a lot. Appreciated the Kerig machine with kcups on site. Bed was pretty comfortable and overall a great place to stay in Savannah

Fantastic Space, Great Hosts, Perfect Location

Cannot say enough positive about this property. The place is ideally situated, furnished perfectly, and has every possible amenity one could ask for. The hosts were great, super responsive, generous with their time, friendly, and supportive. Bedding was high quality, and I slept probably too long. And what a great location to see all of historic and beautiful Savannah. It's the place I'd seek out if I ever get back, and I obviously highly recommend it.

Veteran’s Day/Weekend Getaway

Had a fun weekend getaway before the holidays with my husband of 25 years!❤️ (November 14th). 1st time visitors to the city. Loft was clean and beautifully decorated. Loved that we could watch the Veterans Day parade 🇺🇸🥁 from the living room. Perfect view from the 3rd floor. Went on trolley tour of the area. And spent some time on River Street. My favorite was Savannah Smiles, the dueling piano bar! Very nice to have the washer and dryer set up in the room. Mattress was firm, but comfortable. Parking was a little tricky, but we figured it out. 😂 Another favorite spot of mine was the prohibition museum. If you are over 21, make sure to stop in at the speakeasy. We definitely want to return, and would love to stay again in the loft. It was amazing being right there on famous Broughton Street in the midst of it all! White Noise machine was helpful at night. Only the one beside our bed worked, but that was all we needed. I definitely recommend this property!

Concert weekend

We came for two nights, first was for a concert and the second day spent walking around Savannah. We took an Uber to EnMarket Arena but was also close enough that we were able to walk back after the concert. Easy walk to River Street the next day with some good spots between the rental and River Street. The unit itself is super comfortable with everything you could need. Definitely going to keep this place on the list for return visits to Savannah. You can tell the hosts are invested in this place and giving renters a good experience.

Weekend Get away

This property is in the perfect location. Everything is walkable...shops, restaurants, bars, bike rental (Savannah on Wheels), tours, etc. We even spent a day on Tybee Island (Uber), which was a relaxing way to end a busy trip. We will definitely be back!

Great place over all.

This was such a great place to stay. The amenities were above and beyond of what they list. Very surprised there was ice machine in freezer. Owners communication was awesome. Everything was within walking distance. Parking ramp, shops, great places to eat and Old Town Trolley, river front. Couldnt have stayed at a better place. Just a few thoughts. It is very noisy from the street at night. They do have a noise machine, eihr it didnt work or we couldnt figure it out. Bring a white noise machine or fan. Need directions on how to operate tv. When pressing code to get in door of rented room make sure you click on the ✅ to enter in. Plus make sure you tap on it again when leaving. Door does not automatically lock when you enter or exit. Will def stay if in the area again.

Weekend getaway to Savannah

Had an excellent 4-night stay at this property. The highlight of this unit was the open kitchen and living room space. Plenty of room and quite cozy while getting ready in the morning and then some downtime between exploring and going out at night. It was in a great location for getting to where you needed to get within the Historic District. The bed in the unit was comfy and the bathroom was clean and in working order. Would definitely stay at this unit again. Few things of note - it can be loud on Broughton St at night as it is in a popular area. However, the bedroom is set back from the street and a white noise machine is provided. We used that and had no issue sleeping once we went to bed. There isn't much traditional storage space for clothes. However, there is a bench at the end of the bed and the unit also has a luggage rack. This was more than sufficient for our 4-night stay and also was not an issue at all.

Excellent location! The loft was beautiful!

We took a weekend girls trip to Savannah and stayed in this loft! It was beautiful and within walking distance to all the shops and downtown night life! Brian and Kristi were awesome and always available to answer any questions! 10/10, highly recommend!

Excellent Location and Overall Experience

My husband and I had a great time while in Savannah for the weekend and this property made the trip even better. We had a comfortable and clean place to relax and hangout throughout the weekend. The property was clean and showed no signs of other guests prior to us upon arrival. We would highly recommend this property and property manage if you are looking for a place to stay in Savannah. Location is perfect and all questions were answered by property manager is an extremely quick fashion.
