Heart of Savannah + Walk Everywhere From This Stylish Condo by Lucky Savannah

Thank you for staying at Charmed by Broughton Street and for the helpful feedback. I’m glad most of your stay was wonderful. I’m sorry the extreme heat and parking issues impacted your visit—summer heat can be intense here and downtown parking is often limited. We try to keep the listing and guest information current about parking and the lively main-street location, and we’ll review additional ways to help guests stay comfortable during heat waves. Thanks again for the review. - The Lucky Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about the elevator outage during your stay, especially given the circumstances of helping your daughter move in and needing to carry heavy items up and down multiple flights of stairs. We completely understand how frustrating and physically difficult that must have been, and we regret that it significantly impacted your stay. While elevator maintenance issues can occasionally arise, we absolutely understand that the timing made this situation especially inconvenient, and we’re sorry for the lack of clear resolution during your visit. Your feedback regarding communication and expectations is important and will be shared with our team for review so we can better support guests in these situations moving forward. We also appreciate your note about parking, as that can be helpful for future guests when planning ahead. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that outside of these issues you still found the property appealing, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a smoother experience in the future. The Lucky Team
