Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read house rules before booking.

Staying with us is a hassle-free experience! Simply drive to your rental and use your unique lock code to access the home. You'll receive comprehensive check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival, and we're available around the clock!

• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic smart lock keypad & a private entrance. A unique door code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.
• Security Camera: There is a security camera on the front of the cabin in place, recording at all times, for your protection. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wifi, this is for your own protection.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Outdoor Grill: A propane grill is provided for your use. Please clean out the grill after every use.
• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.
• Critters: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property. Native Plants and Animals: This cabin is located on the river. As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM. We charge $50 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate requests for early check-ins/ late checkout. Please message us for more details.
• Pets (Dogs ONLY): Well behaved & housetrained pets are welcome with prior approval at a flat fee amount of $175 per pet. Things to note:
• The yard is NOT fenced
• The guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.
• Guests must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur. Cabin towels are NOT to be used for pets.
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Do NOT leave your dog at the cabin unattended.
• If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.
• As a courtesy to others, guests will walk their dogs to the road before allowing them to relieve themselves.
• Guests must pick up after their dogs and discard waste properly.
• Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers. Guests may use the garden hose and spigot in the garage for such purposes on the driveway only.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
• Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
