Wonderful way to kick off summer time

Wonderful home! Perfect for our extended family vacation! Plenty of room for family dinners and games on the back patio. We will definitely book again!

River house

We had a wonderful long weekend with our family at Blue Water Lodge. Accommodations were perfect and the house was beautiful and clean. We did use grill and smoker, which were in a bit of rough shape (understandable as a rental), but made do with everything and were grateful to have those options. Beautiful upgrades inside. Thanks to the owners for opening up their home to renters like us!!

Perfect Place for family get together!!

BEAUTIFUL house with a large kitchen and spacious living area! The outdoor living space with fireplace on the back porch, large TV, and out door furniture was fabulous!! We loved the location being right on the river with kayaks!! If this is available next time we are in the area we will definitely book again! Made for a wonderful weekend!!

This house has it all! Beautiful inside and out. The outdoor patio is amazing. Plenty of river front to wade in an enjoy! We hope to visit again!

Great River House

Very nice updating on an older river cabin. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Huge room with 6 bun k beds, large flatscreen TV and game table. Bet part was the covered patio with stone fireplace and great lawn area on the river bank. We will be back!

Wonderful home and location

We enjoyed our stay so much, beautiful home and location. The owners definitely put a lot of work into updating the home. I would have given it 5 stars but the bedframes in all 3 guest rooms felt like they are about to fall apart. The outdoor griddle was great to fix breakfast on and such a nice easy grassy entry into the river. I loved that the river was shallow so the kids could easily play. Thank you for sharing your home

Amazing rental home

We loved the house and property. It was perfect for our group of three families and we are already planning on coming back next year. The home felt very spacious and had beautiful finishes. We loved the outdoor space and kitchen. The room with bunk beds was a perfect space for the five kids to sleep and hang out. Being right on the river was amazing and we loved how there were chairs to sit in the water. There really isn't anything that I could see as negative.

Perfect River House

Blue Water Lodge is the perfect river house. The house is spacious, nice, and well kept. The river access is perfect for all ages. If you want to sit in the water and relax or the kids can water around and play, it was the best for both! You can also use little ponderosa outfitters who are really close by to take you further and float, or pay the daily access fee and float to the bridge and use their exit. It was super easy and just a short walk back to the house. We all enjoyed it!

Great place

House is one level and can park directly in front of door to unload into kitchen area. All rooms including patio are all on same level, which is amazing. The stairs leading to water are not steep and water access is gradual. This is a great place for littles to splash around in. We felt like we didn't need to be extra cautious at this property given the single level home and water access. Our family of 12 was very comfortable. This was the best house we have stayed in in our four years coming to NB.

Perfect Location, Great Family Spot!

We enjoyed our stay so much at this property that we are already exploring dates that are available for a return trip. The house was very clean, had plenty of parking, and the outside space is simply perfect. We cooked and ate all of our meals outside on the huge deck, fished from the backyard, enjoyed some kayaking, and had a glass (or two) of wine by the outdoor fireplace at night. The bunkroom is huge and perfect for a group with kids. The beds were all comfortable and the house had everything we needed to cook. sleep and play. Do yourself a favor and book here. You won't be disappointed.

Family Vacation

What a beautiful home you shared with us. The amenities and space was very generous and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We were kind of upset that we could not use the Blackstone grill, because we bring ours on camping trips and make a huge brunch each morning. It would have been perfect on your spacious patio. The only complaint we had was that of the horrible odor (smelled like sewage) at the bottom of the outdoor steps. One of us actually slipped in the slimmy liquid. Thank goodness they were not injured. Overall our stay was great! Connie Sittig (Jake's Mom)
