Inside is designed for Hill Country living. The living room provides comfortable seating for your party with a couch and two love seats. Want some TV time? Head around the corner for the entertainment area that offers seating and an HDTV. For mealtime, the home includes a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, essential kitchenware, and plenty of space. For dining, you'll find a dining table that comfortably seats 8 as well as a breakfast nook that seats 4. There's also a washer and dryer available for guest use.

Upstairs is where you'll find the first bedroom complete with a queen-size bed. The first full bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Downstairs is where you'll find the second and third bedrooms both complete with queen-size beds. Downstairs is where you'll also find the second full bathroom that features a shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and includes 2 twin beds.

The location of Guadalupe Daze can't be beat. First, the home is located on the lower Guadalupe River in scenic New Braunfels. Take advantage of the convenient waterfront access right outside the backyard. There is a large rock ledge at the river's edge that makes for easy river entry, as well as a great place to lounge and enjoy the cool waters. The nearest river outfitter to equip you with rafts and tubes is a short 2- 3 minute walk down the street. Whitewater Amphitheater, River Road Ice House, Gruene Hall, Schlitterbahn, and much more are within a quick drive of the property.
