WELCOME TO THE "HARBOR OASIS"..... A Family Orientated "Resort Style" PRIVATE HOME in the upscale community of Holiday Isle and situated "Directly on the Destin Harbor" (Not on a Canal where people on the other side of the canal can watch your every move around the pool patio as well as indoors unless you keep your blinds and curtains closed all day and night).
The Gulf of Mexico Beach Access is only a 2 block/2 minute walk up the sidewalk from the house where you'll also find a parking area for pull carts, bicycles and golf carts. This Access Point is (Private for Holiday Isle Owners and Guests Only) and fronted by Upscale Private Beach Homes (As opposed to Condos) so there's very little congestion in this area of the beach in comparison to other stretches along the entire Destin/Miramar Beach Shoreline, Even in the Peak Seasons!!
Whether you venture out from the Harbor Oasis by car, water taxi or on your own boat or jet skis you're just minutes away from the "Heart of Destin" and all it's renowned attractions such as Crab Island, HarborWalk Village, AJ's Oyster House along with the countless other restaurants and live entertainment venues located throughout the Destin Harbor and Holiday Isle.
When remodelling/designing the Harbor Oasis, we focused on Quality (Not Quantity) along with adding Special/Unique Features and Benefits.
Here are some of the Special and Unique Features and Benefits you'll find right on the Harbor Oasis Beach House premises.

FRONT YARD
- The large circular driveway includes a (2 Net) Basketball Court for fun pick up games, while still leaving room for parking of 8 cars even while it's Game On!! There's a garage filled with everything you'll need for your days at the beach such as beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards/toys and 2 pull carts to tout your stuff just 2 blocks down the sidewalk to the Gulf of Mexico Private Beach Access. 8 bicycles are also supplied by the owner "Free of Charge" under a "Use Own Risk Policy".
Golf Cart Rentals are also available but not really essential due to our close proximity of the Habor Oasis to the beach. We suggest "Wecart Rental Company" who offer Free Delivery and Pick Up to our guests. (See contact info for Wecart at the bottom of this page)

POOL AND PATIO AREA
The Large Pool and Live Edge Spa is surrounded by a Vast Patio Area with an ample mix of reclining sunbathing loungers and table/chair sets for those who want to soak up the rays. For those who prefer the shade we also have you covered by a Large Pergola with relaxing seating and fireplace as well as a pool side Covered Dining/Gathering Room with a mini fridge and granite countertop for laying out your munchie trays while watching a game or movie on the 50' Smart TV. There's also a collection of pool floats and toys for your use in the pool shed beside the house.
TO TOP THINGS OFF ON THE POOL PATIO AREA, you'll find an Amazing Pool Patio Kitchen/Bar with (1) Traditional Style BBQ, (1) Hibachi Style Flat Surface Grill, a sink, a mini fridge, a Large Granite Countertop surrounded by bar stools and a 65" Smart TV that's great for watching a ball game on the patio or wading in the pool... Pool/Spa/Pergola and Kitchen/Bar Night Lighting complete the amazing ambience of this area!

HARBORFRONT BEACH AREA
The Private Harborfront Beach Area of the Harbor Oasis includes a badminton/volleyball net, Cornhole and Horseshoe game sets and lots of sparkling white sand for building sand castles.

HARBORFRONT DECK
Enjoy the waterfront deck for those wanting to have a closer look at the boats going by, admiring the harbor lights at night or watching to see what fish your gang are catching off the dock.


60' DOCK
The Dock is perfect for fishing your days away and also has Green Underwater Lights that attract fish after Dark for night fishing. There's also (6) Kayaks supplied by the owner for your "Free of Charge" use under a "Use at Own Risk Policy".
For those who wish to bring (their own boats and/or jet skis on their trip) there's (1) 30' Boat Slip on one side of the dock and the other side of the dock has 2 jet ski docks + mooring space for 1-2 boats (depending on the size),

POOL TEMP - Set to 87 degrees = $50/Night + 13% Tax + any possible "Vrbo Service Fees" applicable.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests must contact and advise the Home Owner if they want to add "Pool and/or Spa Heating" at least 4 days prior to their "Arrival Date" in order to allow sufficient time to reach maximum temperatures.
