Nestled among the oak trees and only 3.5 miles from the shores of the stunning Geneva Lake is a recently remodeled and luxury getaway, complete with AC, heated pool, bars (three), arcade, indoor fireplaces, nature trails, outdoor fire pit, free WIFI, and more. Whether you need a getaway from the city, a gathering spot for family holidays, or a romantic couples retreat this is a stay you don’t want to pass up. Pool is outdoors and seasonal. Typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Wonderful place

Everything was great! Beautiful property with nice pool and good kitchen as well as clean and comfortable bedrooms and living area. WiFi was excellent as well as numerous TVs. Loved it!

Fabulous property! Everything you could possibly need was available. They have 2 hide-a-beds, one in the laundry room and one upstairs in the loft, which were perfect. The grounds were much larger than expected and the house is set back from the street and very private and wooded. The kitchen is so large with a beautiful island and all of the utensils and kitchen gadgets you could ever need. So many places to hang out and tons of games to play. The only thing you need to bring is food - everything else is provided. The host was very responsive and check-in/out was a breeze. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

The house, property and location were beautiful. Unfortunately the property has been poorly maintained and had not been properly cleaned before our visit. Garbage cans had not been emptied, floors were not cleaned, opened food in the freezer and linens had not been laundered. As well, active rodent activity rendered 2 out of the 4 bedrooms in the basement unusable. One of the key reasons I booked the place and paid the premium was because of the advertised “heated” pool. We had an unseasonably cool week for our stay and the pool was freezing. It was not heated and the little kids we had with us could not swim. The owner was apologetic and responded quickly to our concerns as they arose but for the hefty price we paid for the trip it was a huge disappointment.

Great Family Getaway!

The house was large enough to accommodate my kids' families comfortably (one with 3 kids and one with 2). With different nap times, it was important for them to have some privacy. It's actually 3 levels: upstairs master, main floor master, and two bedrooms in the lower lever. The patio, pool and overall property is beautiful! Pics don't do it justice. The host provided everything we needed included floaties for the kids. It's located about halfway between my two kids' homes and was a 1 - 1.5 hr. drive for everyone. Grocery store is close by. Fontana public beach was awesome! Highly recommend this getaway!

Weekend getaway

Spent a long weekend here with my family / friends! The home was absolutely wonderful. So many amities that everyone could enjoy. We loved cooking in the huge kitchen!! It’s also conveniently located about 15 minutes from lake Geneva / lake Delavan. Wonderful home and wonderful host. Hope to stay here again soon!!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this very private and beautiful property. Our grandchildren loved the pool and expansive property. We were in easy driving distance to Lake Geneva and surrounding area.

Beautiful Home in the Country

We loved this rental for our recent family vacation. The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful inside and out. The home has been recently updated with lots of space for all of us to spread out and yet be together without being on top of each other. This home has everything you could need and more! We loved the inground pool and pool house and spent many hours in and around the pool. We will definitely return.

A little piece of Heaven

The house has everything anyone could ever want for a relaxing and fun vacation/family reunion. We enjoyed the games, the bikes, the pool and the beautiful grounds. I am the one who usually books VRBO vacation homes, most recently California and last year Cape Cod. But I don't know how I'm going to top this one for the next vacation. It was a wonderful place for us to visit with our son and daughter-in-law from California. And she is a Lake Geneva native with all her family here so they all had a chance to visit and catch up. My daughter and my niece absolutely loved relaxing around the pool. In the evening we would walk the beautiful ground on a "sip and stroll". We loved the house and hope to stay there again some time. Very grateful to Lucas for sharing this lovely place. Maggie

Beautiful Property!

We stayed at the gorgeous updated home over the Labor Day weekend with some of our closest friends and could not have been more happy! The property itself is just picturesque. The views from every window are of the beautiful property. So many trees and it backs up to a corn field. We did nature walks every day, multiple times a day, with all of the kids. They loved finding the baby frogs and all of the chipmunks. The home itself has clearly recently had a makeover and the owner did a fantastic job of updating it to a modern farmhouse. They have a heated pool which we used every day, even when it was chilly because it felt like bath water. We never left the property. The house has so many wonderful amenities and games that we stayed out from start to finish and created our own memories in this home. I could not recommend this house enough if you are looking for a getaway. It is further our from lake Geneva, but you will not miss any of the hustle and bustle if you just want to get away with your family and friends and have some fun!!!

Secluded and cozy with a lot of room for everybody.

The house is beautifully done and decorated, very cozy and a lot of sleeping areas for multiple friends or family members. There is a nice out door patio with a fire pit and awesome pool. Lucas was very nice and responsive. I stayed there with my daughter and her high school and college friends while they went to the 4- day Country Thunder music festival.

No complaints from family of 12

If you want a large home with plenty of comfy beds, eating spaces, game space and pool, this is the place for you. Our family of 12 had no problem deciding which rooms to use for the adults and the kids as the home is nicely layed out. The outdoor table and seating was a nice place for the adults to gather and talk. The kids loved walking the beautiful property and finding little frogs. As noted in the listing there are arcade type games in the downstairs space and a nice pool outside with pool toys and safety vests provided. I particularly loved the early mornings sitting outside listening to the birds and critters talking back and forth. The home is located very close to the local grocery store and also Lake Geneva. Many of the essential items and toiletries were provided including coffee!! Our group loves to venture out but you can certainly vacation exclusively in this home as there is so much it provides. Luke, the owner, kept in touch with me both before and after our stay and definitely showed that he cared. You can’t go wrong in your choice of this home for your vacation stay.

Perfect Serene Family Getaway!

Everything from start to finish was perfect. The location was wonderful, serene and relaxing. Close enough to town if you needed to grab something but definitely more of a quiet and secluded stay. Plenty of room for our extended family, lots of bedrooms and lots of entertaining space. We enjoyed both outdoor patios and the fire pit area. The kids loved the pool! We will definitely be back again!

What a Place!

Shea Oaks had everything we were looking for with our trip to the Lake Geneva area. Great gathering spaces for us all over the property and plenty of room too. We will be back!
