Most houses in Lake Geneva are not licensed to rent for weekends as a Vacation Rental so do yourself a favor and ask the owner if they are licensed as a Vacation Rental (Not a Bed & Breakfast....At a Bed & Breakfast, the owner has to live in the house with you during your stay), ask for the address and verify with the City of Lake Geneva, you'll be glad you did, call the Building Inspector. No worries at this property, we are fully licensed as a Vacation Rental so you will have privacy without the owner living in the house with you during your stay.

The address is 512 S. Wells St., Lake Geneva, WI. We have hosted many bachelorette and bachelor parties, family reunions, book clubs, church retreats, and golf outings. We rent on a short term basis, minimum 2 nights but sometimes 1 night is possible, please inquiry. This is a real business in the City of Lake Geneva. We have a business license under my legal name "Anthony Scalzitti", you can call the City of Lake Geneva business department to verify if needed. We are regulated by the City of Lake Geneva and the Wisconsin Dept of Public Health. This is a licensed and legal short term vacation rental! No worries about complaints from neighbors about being a little loud, you are allowed to have fun here. And we have plenty of parking.
Being a resort destination, I cannot automatically accept a Sat as a check-in, check-out date without paying the weekend rate. Special arrangements can be made so please call or email first.

Landscaped property with plenty of room to spread out. 4 Bedroom 4 Bath house sleeps 13 in beds and 2 on the couch. Cottage sleeps 4 in beds, one on couch 1 Bath. The cottage sits it the back of the property 150 feet from the house with good separation for privacy, the cottage has its own separate driveway also.

4 Bedroom house has a fully equipped kitchen. King bedroom on first floor with 3 bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private full bath and the cottage has one full bath. Air-conditioning in both places.

House has 1 King bed, 5 Queens and 2 twin beds. Cottage has 2 Queen beds and a newer small sectional.

Enjoy the covered front porch of the house or the private outdoor patio. You can gather on large lawn to play games or enjoy the big back yard. Plenty of room to play bags, catch, or even a mini-football game!

We provide all linens, blankets, pillows and towels for bathrooms. The house has WIFI. The house and cottage both have cable TV and DVD players. Can park 15 cars and still have room for a boat or trailer. Houses have lockboxes with a backup key, please call or text, codes are changed for safety.

Guests can walk to the lakefront, beach, shopping, dining and all of Lake Geneva's attractions. House and cottage are great for group lodging, large family reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties. Sorry no pets.

The property is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors in a clean and safe environment. So bring the family and friends and enjoy yourself. Sorry no prom parties or pets because so many people have allergies today and we like to advertise a pet-free home, we hope everyone understands.

Use of fireplace will result in loss of security deposit. Fireplace is locked and cannot be used.
