This large gorgeous private pool home located 5 minutes from Indian Shores Beach has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and sleeps 10 guests with plenty of room to spread out and totally enjoy your stay in Florida! The outside space is an entire area of its own with a private heated pool that has been recently updated and is a perfect amenity to this Florida home. The fully fenced-in yard also has: resort-style sitting areas, a fire feature, local customized bag boards, connect four, turf, sun loungers, and more! Walking into this home you will experience vaulted ceilings and a beautiful brick fireplace with a living area that has plenty of luxury along with a stylish ocean feel. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals! Pull up a barstool at the massive island, sit at the dining table for gatherings, or have the option to dine outdoors poolside. Outdoors: A beautiful heated pool with plenty of seating, sunloungers, outdoor games, and a tiki hut surrounded by beautiful Florida landscaping!
* Pool Heating: $50 / day between November 1st and April 1st.
Kitchen: Spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need! Refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee and Keurig duo, and toaster. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Dining table with 6 chairs and 3 stools at the breakfast bar.
Living Area: Walking into this home you will experience vaulted ceilings and a beautiful brick fireplace with a living area that has plenty of luxury along with a stylish ocean feel. Cozy furniture to settle in for a movie night or gaming on the large TV. The couch in the living room has a pull-out Queen bed that sleeps 2.
Bedroom #1: This bedroom has ocean/seaside decor with a Queen-size bed, dresser, and closet shelves along with a TV and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #2: Full-over-Full bunk bed. Includes a chair and TV.
Bathroom #1: The guest bathroom is a full bath with an enclosed glass door shower/tub combination.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer.
Bedroom #3: The master bedroom consumes the whole upper level!! Your own private floor with an ensuite bathroom. Walk-in closet with a gorgeous sliding barn door. TV and couch are also in the master for relaxing. Seascape decor and pure luxury.
Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Double vanity, standing shower, and a tub for a bubble bath.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals. Please only take pets out in the front yard. Do not take them onto the turf.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 + tax per pet is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner. Please only take dogs out in the front yard. Do not take them out on the turf.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 2-3 parking spaces in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicles. You cannot park in the garage and street parking is not permitted.
