Overall the house was great, very clean. I felt the bedrooms were on the warmer side since you could not turn the ac down too low. There were noise monitors in the house which kinda made me uncomfortable, we are a loud family. There were also fines listed for everything, first time I experienced that. Overall it was a great house and my kids loved the pool and game room!

The Arches House was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The house is very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. The poo/spa area was exceptional and lots of fun in the bonus games room. We found driving around to different attractions was usually within 30 min, so ideal location. I would highly recommend this place!

We stayed here to celebrate my son’s golden birthday and made some wonderful memories! The home is in a nice, quiet, secluded area while still being conveniently close to the beaches and other attractions. The host was helpful and responsive, the pool was absolutely amazing, and the games in the garage were a fun bonus!There were a few areas that could use improvement. Several beach towels, rugs, pillows, and blankets had noticeable stains, and we found what appeared to be a dead cockroach or other insect on the floor next to the bed. The living room furniture also wasn't the most comfortable for relaxing. Another thing that stood out was the number of reminders throughout the home about additional charges and replacement fees for damaged or missing items. While I completely understand protecting the property, the constant emphasis on fees felt a little excessive and made the home feel less welcoming. We were also required to provide photos of both sides of my driver's license and purchase additional insurance, which hasn't been typical of our previous rental experiences. The noise monitoring wasn't an issue for us, as we're a quiet family.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the pool and location! With a little more attention to cleanliness and fewer reminders about potential charges, the experience would be even better.Thank youSerena

Amazing vacation!

The house was amazing! We loved the location so close to several beaches. The pool, spa, and game room kept the kids busy and everyone had a great time! Look forward to booking here again in the future.

Three generation vacation

My husband and I, and our son and his wife, and three grandkids under age 6 had a wonderful 2 weeks at this property.

This home is beautifully decorated but not very functional. The TV is located on a wall away from any comfortable seating and that front space is more for show than function. The backyard is the best part but we were really only renting this place for the hot tub which only worked on our last night. The game room in the garage is cool, would be great for children and families. The neighborhood is very quiet but also nothing special and not very close to the beach. So a perfect house for families who want to play games and spend time in a backyard pool.

Family Vacation

We had an absolutely lovely time at The Arches. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, game room and pool! Everything was as exactly as shown online and we couldn’t have asked for more! Also, the Arches were very responsive to any questions I had! Thank you for a memorable vacation!

The house was very clean and was nicely decorated as pictured. The 2 queen beds bedroom was sort of difficult. One mattress was very hard and the other was very soft. Neither ideal for sleeping comfortably, but that was the only negative. Hot tub was hot and the pool was a suitable temperature. We paid for heating the pool. The hosts were very responsive to any inquiries we had. Would highly recommend this place as it’s location is in a great place between Clearwater and St. Petersburg.

The property is located close to the airport and was beautifully decorated inside and out. Communication with the owner was so easy and I always got an answer back right away.

Our stay

Our stay was amazing! The pool was kept very clean and the backyard was a nice hangout. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone. The host was extremely helpful and answered back very quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

The property is very well put together. It was nice to have a game room to entertain the teenagers. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub when we weren’t at the beach. We would definitely recommend this property. Also the property managers were very responsive and even checked in with us a couple of time during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Long weekend

What a beautiful home. We would rent again. Martin and Anna were very responsive which we love! We wish they would supply more toilet paper and paper towels when they know the party size is bigger. Overall great experience- thank you!!

Family get away

Very clean and well organized - switches were even labeled! Their booklet was very helpful and provided clear instruction on the use of everything from the fire pit to check out questions. About a 5 to 10 minute drive to the beach, and had board and card games, pool table and ping pong table, as well as yard games, nice pool and spa and separate BBQ space and outdoor shaded eating space. Quiet neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Arches House! The house was just as the pictures showed inside and out! Communication with the host was great. The first full day there a Racer Snake entered the back yard and nessled under some fallen leaves. I messaged the host right away and sent a picture and within an hour a Wildlife Removal Service showed up to get the snake and removed it. We really appreciated the quick response and action by the host! The house was clean and provided everything we needed. The living room furniture is very modern and looks nice but lacks the comfort and cozy feeling for watching TV, however we spent majority of our time outside in the warm weather and sun. The pool and hot tub was an awesome perk to this house. The hot tub could use some tile work as a handful of tiles were just resting there, but it heated up nicely and was a nice bonus to have. What we loved the most about this house was the location to everything! It was maybe a 5 min drive to the beaches and shops. We loved that there was some beach chairs and gear for us to use! Came in handy!We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great week!

Great family vacation home!

We had two families stay here, 4 adults and 5 kids. It was the perfect size and was sufficient for blocking the noise in the bedrooms when the doors were closed. I’m 8 months pregnant and the bed was really comfortable, so big win there! We loved the pool and hot tub. I’d just note to those who are staying in the future that they only provide one roll of paper towel, so you’ll need to make sure you buy more when you go to the store. The dishwasher is a little finicky and the ice maker didn’t work for us, but otherwise everything else was really great. Good communication with the property team also!

Locals of Florida

Labor Day staycation. The property was nicely decorated, well-maintained, clean, and stocked. Great backyard and a game room in the garage. The photos are a true depiction of the property. Owners were responsive and accommodated a 2-hour early check-in. Things to note: Only one TV in the house. Many decorative pieces are displayed if bringing small children. Living room furniture fits decor but really not for lounging. Bedroom with two queen beds is the least cool. The automatic cleaner must stay connected in the pool. The closest beach is about 3 miles. There is some free parking along the street (if available) and paid parking is around $4 per hour. Centrally located and a short drive for groceries, restaurants, and beaches. Good property if looking for a place near the beach.
