The Glass House is a unique architectural design that allows you to experience nature in your secluded spot. Surrounded by trees in a serene location located in a quiet, safe and popular area of Middle Sound Loop-just 10 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. 5 minutes to a grocery store and 7 minutes to Mayfaire shopping .

Windows and decks allow you to overlook the courtyard with an outdoor dining table, yard with fire pit, grill, games and hammock. Stroll down to the dock to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the herons and cranes. Bring your paddle board or canoe for a paddle!

2 bedrooms each with their own full bath, the master has a luxurious bathroom and large shower where you can see the trees. The second smaller suite has a smaller European full bathroom. Each room has its own temperature control.

Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are yours to use. The kitchen is stocked to be able to prepare your meals and also we have an out door grill for your use.

Amazing Girls Weekend!

My best friend and I had an amazing experience at this property. Owners live nearby and were super helpful and attentive. It is clean, beautiful and peaceful. The beach and all other conveniences are super easy to get to! Downtown Willmington was easy as well! We hope to return again.

An overall amazing experience!!

Our stay at The Glass House was amazing! The house was beautiful and the location was great. We have two young children, so to have the house so conveniently located near everything was wonderful. The best of all were the hosts. They truly cared about us and our experience at their property. They so kindly added cute little touches for our kids and many other things that made us feel right at home. An overall amazing experience!

Beautiful Home in Great Location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in a private, quiet area of Wilmington. It was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. It was the serene escape that we had hoped for. Major grocery stores are just up the road. Popular locations from historic downtown to the ocean beaches are a quick, easy drive. We found the location to be perfect for our trip. John and Michelle were fantastic with communication from the time of reservation to our departure. During our stay, they offered recommendations for local restaurants, coffee shops, and recreation. They were the sweetest hosts who cared about ensuring we had an exceptional experience. We would happily book with them again.

Whether you are seeking solitude or want to swap travel stories we welcome you. We live on the property and share 3 acres with The Glass House. We each have our privacy as you can't see one house from the other but we may cross paths at the dock. We built the second home as a passion project and our guests share how much they love it. More than that is how much we enjoy hosting. We are locals and are both real estate agents and John is a builder, yes, he built the Glass House:) .

Our guest share how much they love the architecture and design and the feeling they get when they are here. It is very relaxing and absolutely beautiful no matter which window you look out. The privacy allows you to unplug and relax. Some of our guests like to run at the Pages Creek Nature Preserve just a few minutes away.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You'll be surrounded by trees at the end of a quiet street but only 5 minutes to groceries and 10 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. Great place to work from as well.
