The home was absolutely wonderful! Great pool area and the interior decor is modern and beautiful. My mother and I enjoyed an amazing stay and the hosts made it as easy and comfortable as can be! Highly recommend this gorgeous home!

The rental included adequate bathroom towels and toiletries, the televisions were large screens, the kitchen was well supplied with utensils, the owner promptly answered our questions and responded to all issues.

Easy check in - nice kitchen space - very small bathrooms (need some hooks or somewhere to lay a toiletry bag). Biggest issue is there an odor of smoke in the home - perhaps from the fireplace.

We’re sorry your stay was less than perfect, especially regarding the bathroom setup and the odor you noticed. We do wish you had reached out during your stay, as we would have been happy to help mitigate the odor issue right away, by dropping off an air purifier. That said, we’re addressing this immediately with our cleaning team and will ask them to be more attentive to any odors so we can correct problems before guests arrive. We’ll also look into adding hooks or a convenient spot for toiletry bags in the bathrooms. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and hope to provide you with a much better experience next time.

We were visiting for UNCW’s Family Weekend and the home worked out GREAT!! It was extremely clean, check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier, and communication with the host was exceptional. Also, the house is located within minutes to basically everywhere….. UNCW campus, Downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Mayfaire, etc. I didn’t take any photos of my own of the place during our stay, but the pics from the VRBO listing was 100% accurate of the house. I would definitely stay there again.

Over the years, we’ve poured our hearts into our Crestwood house—renovating it with care, welcoming home a puppy, starting a family, and making memories that shaped more than a decade of our lives.
As our family grew, we moved locally for more space, but this home still holds a special place in our hearts. We hope guests will feel the same warmth and charm that drew us in, whether you’re here to relax, explore the city, or simply enjoy a peaceful getaway. Wilmington has been such a gift to us, and we’re excited to share a little piece of it with you through our home.

For those arriving by car, the house sits right at the start of I-40, so getting here (and getting around) is a breeze.
It’s the perfect balance of quiet neighborhood living with quick access to all the best that Wilmington has to offer.
