When you step into the front door you will be greeted with an open floor plan that features the living room, dining room and kitchen with hardwood floors throughout the home. The living room features a sectional sofa that pulls out at night and provides a 4th bed option.
The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances and the dining room table seats four, with 2 additional high-top chairs if you perfect to have a meal or snack from the kitchen island.
Off to the left of the living room, there is a small bedroom/office with a daybed (2 twin beds), closet, and office desk, office chair and router, perfect for small kids to use as well as for your work from home needs.
The two primary bedrooms and bathrooms are in the back of the home, both bedrooms feature king size beds with TV's. The master bedroom has an ensuite full size bathroom, including walk-in shower and the hallway bathroom is for use by the guests in the 2nd full size bedroom.
Finally, the backyard is very large and fenced in. We have a large patio deck for you to enjoy the outdoors and in the near future we plan on enhancing the patio deck by screening it in.

My wife and I have been in the real-estate development business for over 15 years, specializing in restoring older homes such as this one throughout metro Atlanta and making them available for long and short-term use. I have recently partnered with local interior decorators to ensure our homes have a warm, cozy feel, as well as with a top-notch cleaning staff to ensure our guest have a premiere experience while staying in our homes. We have stayed in this home several nights and its one of our go to properties when family and friends come in town to visit and need a place to stay.

This is one of my favorite properties. I love it because its is centrally located with quick access to I-20 and I-285 and only 5 miles to downtown Atlanta. It also has quick access, 5-10 minutes to highway 675 North or South....which will take you to 75/85S and towards Hartsfield Jackson Airport. It is 1 mile from East Atlanta village which is home to many great restaurants and also 1-2 miles from Grant Park, the Atlanta Zoo, the many other attractions.

The unique benefit of this home is its central location to downtown Atlanta and to various highways while being in the city but also in a quiet neighborhood. It is very warm and cozy inside with a large, fenced in backyard for children and large patio deck. We love the backyard the most. Perfect if you are vacationing with kids. Our goals is to really enhance the backyard and the patio to make it a very nice indoor/outdoor vacation type of experience.
