Relax with your family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. This listing is for the entire 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath home. You are sure to get a comfortable nights rest on the premium hybrid mattresses. The master bedroom, guest bedroom, as well as the living room have wall mounted televisions for your entertainment. The home is located a few minutes walking distance from neighborhood park with tennis courts, bocce ball court, green belt, walking paths, basketball court, and large playground. Also only a short drive to San tan mall area with great shopping and restaurants. Downtown gilbert is a 10 minute car ride away for additional restaurants and some nightlife.

We love our furry and nonfurry friends and remind guests that pets are an additional charge of $100 per pet per stay and must be disclosed before check-in :)

Winter vacation

The property a good value. Lots of room. Location was excellent. Close to restaurants and golf courses.The only issue was the patio furniture was in bad shape. We would stay here again.

Great Gilbert location

The place was close to shops and family. Solid water pressure is always a plus. It was clean and close to parks for the dog to run.

Family Friendly Home

This was a great home to stay at while we remodeled our own home in the area. The neighborhood had a great park for our kids and lots of trails to take the dogs for walks. The VRBO owners we attentive to our messages if we needed something taken care of at the home. Overall, a great experience.

Great location, comfy home, responsive host

The Vrbo photos accurately capture how comfy and well maintained this home is. Our family of 5 adults fit our 2 cars in the front driveway. The home layout was spacious with a little backyard. The host answered our questions promptly. The home is close to lots of eating, shopping and scenic attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

First visit to Phoenix area.

This is our first experience using VBRO. We were very pleased with our selection. The house is clean and bright. Our host, Daniel, responded to our texts very timely. We needed an iron and ironing board and Daniel brought one over the next morning. The home is in a pleasant neighborhood, very walkable area. A great location to access many sites and activities in the area. We would stay there again.

Clean and comfortable

This property worked out perfectly for us. My husband and I, my father in law and sisters in law had plenty of room. The house was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend and would visit again when in the area. That said, I think this is a new rental so some of the items like dish towels, paper towels and other misc items were either minimum or non existent. Again I think this is just because it is a newer rental.

We had stayed here 3 years ago and it was not bad. The place has been run down since. It was so bad we left after the first night and we are trying to get a refund from VRBO. They can’t get a hold of the host so we still have not been refunded. The place was filthy. Soda stained countertops, dirt in the fridge, dusty shower, son found an eye lash and nail in the middle of his floor, carpets were bad and air filter had dirt and fuzzies hanging from. Clearly has not been changed in several months or years. This is all after the host let us know he checked on the place in the morning. Trust me when I say your cleaning fees are going into the owners pocket and not to an actual cleaning company. We have stayed at several rentals and this has been the worst.

Please disregard this review as it’s in bad faith. We take great pride in the quality of our property. We use the same high quality cleaning crew for years, and as in the review I did a quality assurance check personally prior to checking in and property was fully clean and in great shape. Book with confidence that property will be clean!

Everything was exactly as we expected. The owner gave clear instructions for getting in and getting out, and was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again in the future.
