There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a full bath, kitchen & dining room all on the first floor with seating at the dining room table for 8 & kitchen breakfast table for 4. Upstairs are 2 full baths & four bedrooms, one with a queen bed. one with a queen bed, one with a pyramid bunk and single bunk and one with a pyramid bunk.

Excellent stay at this property. Property was very large, very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated that there were plenty of hotel quality towels. The location was right in the village and walkable to everything. The owner was a very nice gentleman with excellent communication. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location

We enjoyed our weekend. The house was clean and loved the seating in the yard. Very short walk to the shops and bars.

We wanted a place walking distance to town and this was perfect. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Mason House unit A. Harry, the owner was very accommodating and welcoming! The unit is large with comfy furniture and beds. The kitchen is stocked and easy to use. We really enjoyed the patio and beautiful backyard. The location is wonderful - we rarely used our cars once we settled in. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Family Wedding Weekend

We were in Ellicottville for a family wedding and decided to rent a house instead of the usual hotel. The house was very clean and well kept and right in the middle of the village...very walkable. In fact 2 of our adult children walked to the wedding venue. The owner of the house was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions we had during the booking process. He indicated that he was available should any problems or further questions arose. They did not but I firmly believe he would have. I would highly recommend this property and VRBO to any one.

Owner has OBVIOUSLY put lots of thought into the needs of the guests.

It was super clean. What we forgot to bring was already there for us. The temperature was comfortable and each room could be controlled by whomever was in it. Every question I had was answered sweetly and promptly. The owner even messaged me to tell me about wing night at the restaurant down the road! I cannot overemphasize how perfect this rental was for us. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Oh, and the town is adorable. It’s walkable, and the people are friendly. If you are considering this rental, do it now before someone else gobbles it up.

Great Location!

We appreciated having a place to stay that was so close to the downtown. We had the A unit and there were enough beds for each of us. This was the perfect place for our Girls' Golf weekend. We loved the big living room area as well as the deck out back. The three bathrooms were appreciated as there were 8 of us. Thanks, Harry!

Mason House

We enjoyed our stay at the Mason House very much. We had plenty of space for our family. Our place was clean. It was great to be in walking distance to the center and it was a nice quaint neighborhood. Harry was responsive and helpful from the beginning of our search for a place and throughout our stay. Would rent again the next time we visit.

Very Pleased

We are very pleased that we chose The Mason House for our stay in Ellicottville! We chose this home because the owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. When we arrived at the unit we found that the accommodations fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans and everything else we needed to make a nice meal. The back patio was perfect for an evening outside with comfortable chairs, tables for eating, propane grills and a nice yard. The unit was clean and desirable due to wide-plank wood floors, flat screen TVs, tile bathrooms and neutral decor. We took several quick walks to the downtown area to grab coffee, shop and grab some food. The owners have thought of everything from a small selection of toys for the kids to extra blankets to wifi. The next time we visit the area, we will call The Mason House FIRST!

A "Must" Place to Stay

My friend and I were in town recently for the Columbia Muddy Buddy. We wanted to stay somewhere which was close to the event at Holiday Valley but within walking distance of Ellicotville's main streets with all the restaurants and shops, so we found Mason House. This place is a gem. It was clean, well kept, and updated (huge tv!). The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room are all very nice. We also appreciated the a/c. The owner is very nice and accomodating. We will bookmark this place and will definetly stay here the next time we are in town!

Great Property, Great Location...Great Everything!!!!!

Couple of nights for golf and fun. Unit C is AWESOME. 2BR, 2 Nice Baths....excellent kitchen totally stocked with every appliance/gadget/unensil you will need and some cool things you aren't expecting. Excellent Sony flat screen with satellite TV and movies. Great decor, all updated, all quality, great layout. Private parking, back patio with woods view and gas and charcoal grills. Super comfortable place to hang out, have meals and relax. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, shopping....so stagger home after JagerBombs at the Gin Mill!!! Can't wait to go back....Thanks Harry....the weather was marginal but everything else was excellent!!!!!
