This cozy cabin is nestled on a very private hillside overlooking the BEST views in Ellicottville!

Relax and enjoy the 360 Panoramic views of surrounding Mountains from the large covered front porch. The Cabin is set back from the road just enough to feel completely secluded while still enjoying the convenience of being just 5 minutes from the Village of Ellicottville.

The Hot Tub is built in to the back deck and is 100% private backing up to the Mountain. Enjoy the most amazing star gazing you will see all year!

Great Ski Getaway

We had a fabulous time in Ellicottville! The home was perfect for our family with adult children. Plenty of beds, linens, the pool table and hot tub were a big hit! The property is minutes from Holiday Valley resort and other attractions, but also very quiet and secluded. The owner was helpful and communicative without being too invasive or over-prote

Great stay!

Cabin was the perfect size for our group of 9 people. Hot tub and pool table were really nice. Short drive to Ellicottville made it convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful cabin stay

My friends and I had a great weekend experience at this property. The close location to Holiday Valley was very convenient. The cabin was clean and well appointed. Our group also appreciated the large hot tub! We would stay here again!

Annual Trip

Cozy place for our annual gathering of family friends. Perfect place to come back from skiing and walking around tow and soak in the hot tub and visit with the group.

Great Time

Excellence stay!

Everything was fantastic about our stay at the cabin. Communication with the host was amazing. All the pictures and description of the property were right on, and surpassed our expectations. We even saw shooting stars!! The location was just outside of the village of Ellicottville. There’s a cool hiking trail right down the street which was a nice surprise. We hope to come back again!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This property was perfect for our half marathon weekend getaway in Ellicottville. The house had everything we needed and was extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Annual Ellicottville ski trip

This was a perfect location for our family of 5 annual ski to Ellicottville. Close to town. House had everything you would need. Very relaxing atmosphere. Tim was very helpful and accommodating.

Amazing views

Great place…perfect for our family. Host was extremely helpful and available to help us. Amazing view of mountains and stars. Short drive to ski resorts and town. Enjoyed pool table, hot tub, grill and open floor concept. There are two bedrooms and a open 2nd floor loft with two queen beds. Enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Beautiful cabin, Peace and quiet close to town

We stayed here with a few of our closest friends and could not have been happier. The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night and the pool table during the day. It was only 4 minutes drive into town and 20 minutes from the casino. I can not wait for a reason to stay again!

Wonderful experience

We had such an amazing weekend getaway at this property. The space was clean, cozy and we really enjoyed the pool table and rec room. There were 4 adult couples, and plenty of sleeping space. The owner is very responsive and went out of his way for us! Which we really appreciate. We will definitely be booking again in the future!!! Thanks for everything :)

Will be staying again!

We took a couples trip (6 adults)out to Ellicottville, Tom went above and beyond with communication and making sure everything was in perfect order before we arrived. The property is exactly as pictured, the views are wonderful. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and seeing the stars from the hot tub at night. The drive to town is short and convenient. We even got some lovely couples pictures with the beautiful flowers and landscaping of the property. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind to stay again!

Beautiful and well appointed cabin very close to Holiday Valley

We loved our stay at the cabin. It was beautiful and well equipped and I found the owner, Tom, to be very easy to work with. He was easily available via VRBO or text message for any last minute questions. Having stayed at several VRBO homes in the area, this was the nicest and best equipped. We loved the hot tub, and the kitchen had everything you might need including your choice of coffee maker (keurig & regular), and convenient appliances like a blender/smoothie maker, etc. And the location could not have been any more convenient. Just a few minutes and we were on the slopes. We will definitely come back!

The Cabin did not compare to the photos. The guest bedroom upstairs was a box spring and mattress on the floor. Down stairs tub had mold. We ended up not staying.

Perfect Girls Getaway

We were looking for a comfortable getaway for 6 women to reconnect and relax, we were not disappointed! It was a beautiful rustic home, close enough to town to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping. Hint: Villagio on Monroe in Ellicottville is FABULOUS and not to be missed. But far enough away to enjoy the beauty and solitude of the country. The house was clean, well appointed and comfortable so socializing and enjoying a good nights rest was easy. The hot tub was spectacularly clean and a fabulous respite from the cold. We also enjoyed lounging on the front porch and were rewarded with a plethora of wildlife for entertainment. Although we didn’t have children with us, the lower living room would have been great as an additional area for families. The owner, Tom, was super helpful and accommodating.

Great property with a few glitches

The property is much nicer than the pictures suggest! The kitchen is top notch, with a 5-burner stove, stainless steel fridge, beautiful farmhouse sink, Keurig coffee pot, and granite countertops. Nice hot tub. WiFi works. Direct TV works- was able to watch the Winter Olympics:) Bathrooms are all nicely updated, with nice tiles, clean, etc. the loft has 2 queen beds, and sleeps 4. Next to the lift is An upstairs king bedroom and bathroom with shower. Downstairs next to the kitchen, is a bedroom with a king bed, and a 2nd bathroom with a shower/jacuzzi tub combo. Another nice feature was that the house was fully stocked- plenty of towels, blankets, and little things like hand soap in the bathrooms, bottles of Pantene shampoo/conditioner and new bars of dial soap in the showers, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, etc. the kitchen also had some spices, fridge had non-perishable condiments.... added to our grocery run, we were able to enjoy great breakfasts and dinners before and after skiiing. House is a 6 minutes from holimont and 15 minutes from holiday valley. The few glitches: there seems to be a bit of a ladybug infestation in the loft. A lot of ladybugs. Personally, this didn’t bother me b/c ladybugs are the most harmless and innocuous bugs ever, and it is, after all, cabin living. It did bug my kids, however, and I️ did spend some time lady-bug killing. Bigger issue!- upstairs shower does not get hot water and has very very low water pressure. And hot water in the house runs out very fast. This resulted in 10 people using the main floor shower, traipsing through the kitchen in towels, etc, and in having to stagger showers, which was a pain after skiing or after using the hot tub, having to wait around wet or cold. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our ski weekend, and would stay here again for sure. It was fun, cozy, and comfortable for 2 families with 4 adults and 6 kids.

Born and raised in Buffalo, NY I graduated from the University of Buffalo and now reside in Sarasota, Florida. Buying this cabin in 2001 was the best decision I ever made and have enjoyed countless memories with friends and families over the past 20+ years.

We have gone out of our way to make the cabin as comfortable as possible and enjoy hearing how much our guests enjoy their stays. I am easily accessible by phone or text during your stay and have 21 years of renting experience.
