Located at the quiet north end of the lake, this home offers beautiful lake views, a private dock and boathouse, excellent crappie fishing, and a peaceful protected no-wake cove perfect for kayaking, floating and relaxing.

FISHING & LAKE LIFE

Crappie House is located in an area known for excellent crappie fishing, with the lake right outside your door and a private dock and boathouse for easy access to the water.

Bring your boat — gas motors are allowed on Lake Palo Pinto — or enjoy the lake from one of the two kayaks provided. Life jackets are provided for the kayaks.

The protected no-wake cove is ideal for kayaking, paddling, floating and enjoying peaceful mornings or beautiful sunsets on the water.

Please do not dive or jump from the dock. There may be submerged stumps in the water.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Crappie House sleeps up to 5 guests.

Downstairs private bedroom: Queen bed with a private en-suite bathroom

Upstairs private bedroom: Queen bed with access to the upstairs bathroom

Upstairs alcove: Twin bed in a walk-through sleeping area leading to the upstairs private bedroom

Please note that the upstairs alcove is not a fully enclosed bedroom. It provides an additional sleeping space and is especially suitable for a child or single guest.

A security camera is located at the entrance for property security.

A NOTE ABOUT THE HOME:

Some wood used in the home's foundation and trim was treated with creosote. There may occasionally be a slight creosote smell. While the odor is not strong, we do not recommend this property for guests with asthma or respiratory sensitivities.

To help improve indoor air quality, we have added HEPA-rated A/C filters and a NuWave Smart Air Purifier with multi-stage filtration to help reduce odors, pet dander and airborne particles.

Lake Palo Pinto covers approximately 2,399 acres and is about 15 miles from Mineral Wells and approximately 79 miles from Fort Worth.
