Respect the Property: Treat the house and grounds with care. Any damages should be reported immediately.
Quiet Hours: Please respect the peace and quiet of the area. No loud noise or disruptions after [insert time].
Parties: No parties or large gatherings are allowed on the property.
Smoking: Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. This includes cigarettes and e-cigarettes. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts and do not leave them in the yard or lake area.
Safety Alert: The property features direct access to the lake from the backyard, approximately 15 steps with a railing. There is no gate or barrier to restrict access to the lake. Guests are responsible for supervising themselves, their children, and any guests at all times, especially near the lake. Swimming, boating, or any activities on or near the lake are done at your own risk. Please follow all safety guidelines when enjoying the waterfront.
Locked Closets: The locked closets are for Owner use only. Please refrain from accessing these closets during your stay.
Surveillance Cameras: For safety and insurance purposes, the property is monitored 24/7 with surveillance cameras in front of the property. These cameras are in place to protect both the guests and the property. Vandalism to the cameras will result in charges for replacement and repair.
