The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dining area with seating for six, plus counter seating for casual meals. The living room opens to a patio with beautiful views of Holiday Valley, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. A ground-floor bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom provide easy access and convenience.



Upper Floor:

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. One features a Queen bed, while the other is set up with Bunk beds, making it a great option for kids or additional guests. A second full bathroom is located on this level.



Outdoor Space:

The patio opens directly onto green space overlooking Holiday Valley Resort, offering a serene spot to relax or dine al fresco.

The townhouse is located in the Fox Ridge community, just across the street from Holiday Valley Resort. This quiet neighborhood offers incredible proximity to the resort while maintaining a peaceful, scenic atmosphere. The home overlooks the slopes and is just minutes away from year-round activities.

The townhome is located at Fox Ridge which is across the street from Holiday Valley and overlooks the resort.



Getting Around:

Year-Round: The village of Ellicottville is just 1.4 miles away, easily accessible by bike, car, or a leisurely walk along scenic routes. Rideshares are typically available on weekends for added convenience.



Winter: A free shuttle service is available during ski season to take you to and from Holiday Valley Resort.



Summer: Enjoy a short walk down the hill to the pools, golf course, and other amenities at Holiday Valley.



Other Things to Note:

The back patio opens onto a green space with stunning views of Holiday Valley, creating a perfect setting for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring.
