The Space
This property invites you to revel in cozy and comfortable living spaces that offer awe-inspiring ocean vistas. Inside, a seamless open-concept design encompasses a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms downstairs and a one bedroom and one bathroom upstairs with a small kitchen both units are included in the rental.

The expansive deck is a haven for relaxation and outdoor dining, while an inviting courtyard on the eastern side adds to the charm.

The second floor, accessible from the exterior only, is where the third bedroom is located, there is a bathroom, a living room with a dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen in the upstairs unit. Beautiful ocean views all day and night. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access. House has a great cozy living room with ocean views and a great gas fireplace. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everyrhing we needed. Would definitely stay again.

What an incredible place! We were directly acroas from the beach with nothing but the road in fro t of us! The two picture windows in front allowed us an unobstructed view of the the gorgeous Pacific Ocean all day! The chwxk in was easy, we wntered the code and used the key provided. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we could want! The beds were comfortable and showers nice! We will recommend this home to all of our friends! Thank you!!

Annual get away

Was absolutely delightful. The morning sunrise to the evening sunsets was just what we were hoping to experience. The accommodations were comfy and very clean. Great time watching our Dodgers win as well as visiting some of our favorite wineries.

Cambria ocean front house

It was the perfect place to stay in to celebrate 4 significant year birthdays with my sisters and nieces. Such beautiful views of the ocean (right across the street) in a beautiful neighborhood. House was beautiful too and very relaxing and perfect! We loved our stay here!

Wonderful house. The view is amazing and the proximity to Moonstone a Frescalini Trails and town could not be better. Loved our daily walks and the sunsets. Our second trip to this home. We hope to return again next year!

Amazing views

We had the best family weekend away. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. The house fit our needs perfectly. And the view, it could not be better. I woke up every morning to find my kids (10 & 7) sitting in the chairs right in front of the windows enjoying the view. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Cambria experience

We had an excellent vacation with 2 other couples. This property worked very well - nicely furnished, great kitchen, very clean, comfortable beds, and amazing views upstairs and down. The location was perfect - minutes from Cambria shops and an easy drive to Paso Robles and Morro Bay. The fireplaces are a very nice touch and helped to take the chill out of the night air. We really enjoyed our stay.

Two spaces; one house

We stayed with family and friends, so having a separate upstairs space was perfect for our group! The park across the street made for a gorgeous ocean view!!! The short walk down the street for beach access was very convenient. Will definitely look to come back!!

Friends get away!

The house was perfect! The location was exactly what we wanted. We loved watching the sunset every night from the bluff. The walking access to Moonstone Beach, the town and Frescalini trails made the trip perfect. The house has everything you could ask for. Donā€™t pass this opportunity up!!

Location was perfect. We enjoyed ocean views, a walk on the bluffs, short drive to Moonstone beach with tidepools, Hearst Castle tour, and wonderful shops & restaurants in Cambria. The house layout worked well for us. 2 of us stayed upstairs (one in each bedroom), and 2 of us stayed upstairs (one in the bedroom and one on the fold out bed - which was quite comfortable; clean and firm.) We used the living area and kitchen downstairs only, as we wanted to spend time together and that was more convenient, well stocked and has newer countertops, appliances, etc. than the upstairs kitchen. The fireplace was cozy. The oniy downside was having to use the outside entrance to the upstairs unit and locking the door each time. This would be a real inconvenience, were it to be raining. We would stay here again.

Nice Retreat

Three generations of our family wanted to get together to celebrate our mom and dadā€™s 80th birthdays. We live within 2 hours of Cambria and very much enjoyed our staycation all together on Moonstone Beach. The house is well appointed and had everything, and the landlord is responsive. The youngest generation stayed in the upstairs unit and joined us and our parents in the main house for meals and game night. The scenery is hard to beat and made for a relaxing weekend getaway with our extended family.

More Restoration Needed

Our group was comfortable here and found the living room furniture has been replaced since photos were taken. It seems the beds may have been replaced as well since we didnā€™t find a ā€œtaco bed.ā€ The upstairs apartment is very worn and dated and awkward to use with three couples. The restoration was adequate but the property still shows its age.

Awesome House!!

We and our adult kids stayed at this house over the Christmas holiday. We loved the house! The unobstructed view was fantastic. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked (if not THE most well stocked) kitchens I've ever seen in a vacation rental. The house was quite clean upon our arrival and access was easy. The view of the beach was incredible. Nice front porch area with seating where we could watch the waves washing up on the shore. The beds and linens were all very comfortable. There was an ample supply of towels, linens, toilet paper, etc. There were even a number of nightlights in some of the drawers! The green space across from the front of the house with seating was great, as was the Fiscallini Preserve being within easy walking distance. Easy access to the Hearst Castle as well. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

What a beautiful and relaxing stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in your charming house overlooking the sea. It is the perfect beach house-- cozy and comfy-- with every amenity thought of and provided. The fireplaces were enough to warm us up and all we had to do was open the windows to feel the ocean breezes to cool down. The best times were spent sitting on the front porch or balcony with coffee in the morning and with wine during the evenings. Every passerby was friendly. Some even stopped to talk. We even had visits from deer and wild turkeys. All of us said at one point or another that we could stay there forever. We were so relaxed and our stress levels were nonexistent. It was very hard to leave when our time was up. Hopefully one day we'll be able to visit again. We have memories to last a lifetime. Thank you.

Great location, in need of updates

First, the location is fantastic and truly steps from the ocean. What made this stay somewhat of a disappointment is that this property needs a desperate update of furniture and fixtures. The house furnishings are a total mismatch - and not in a cute eclectic way, more of an 80ā€™s college way. The living sofas and pillows are old, worn, flat and plain uncomfortable. Mattresses range from super firm to so soft you fold like a taco. Decor is dated and tired. Add an oversized random chair to the entry of the master? Sure. Put a random table in living room? Yep. Itā€™s really a bummer that more hasnā€™t been done over the years to keep the house more beachy and contemporary. It could be so cute with better furniture, placement and design befitting the price tag of the house and stay, along with care and upkeep of the outdoor patios and gardens. Probably wouldnā€™t stay again for these reasons.
