Private getaway on St. Helena Island near Historic Beaufort. Enjoy the true laid back Low Country experience while being only 10 minutes from downtown Beaufort, 15 minutes from Paris Island, and 30 minutes to the Hunting Island Beach!

You'll have the entire 1 bedroom, 1 bath home on a private acre lot with private dock and beautiful views of the salt marshes of Capers Creek. Watch the sunrise over the marsh, then head just down the road to Low Country Cider Company for coffee and breakfast. Try fishing or crabbing from the dock and look out for the stingrays that come in and go out with the tide. Wallace boat landing is a short drive away to put your boat in. Cook your fresh catch in the full kitchen, on the gas griddle grill, or enjoy one of the great restaurants nearby. Also, keep your eyes open for deer out in the front yard.

Absolutely charming and well appointed cottage. We felt more like guests then renters. Bed was exceptionally comfy. Kitchen was very well stocked. Incredibly peaceful place! Excellent location. Wish we could have stayed another week or two. Just loved it!

Amazing

This place was the perfect place for my wife and i. Very quiet place and very close to everything. Love going out on the dock watching the sun set. Ryan the host was very attentive. Recommend this place to anyone.

Great Marsh Get-away

We enjoyed everything about our stay, and in a great way had no surprises. The accomodations are perfect with comfortable and fresh bedding as well as plenty of towels for the stay. This location is especially attractive for anyone wanting to be on the marsh, offering a dock plus seating on the back deck along with easy access to Beaurfort and Hunting Beach. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is plenty of living space if there are more than two of you. I'd agree with all of the positive prior coments. Be sure to note that you have to carry your bags to the accomodations on the second level, that there isn't a washer or dryer, and you will have a very short drive past 2 very rual homes on your way to this lovely oasis. We highly recommend this Vrbo.

Beautiful quiet place on the water!

We loved the privacy and being able to watch the sunrises and sunsets on the dock. The live oak trees and Spanish moss were beautiful along with the local deer.

A secluded place not far from several opportunities to explore.

It was a wonderful, comfortable, well equipped rental. Beautiful and peaceful sunrises. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant.

The Most Perfect Little Oasis

We were only able to stay 24 hours due to the impact of Hurricane Helene on our hometown in Western North Carolina, but it was an absolutely AMAZING 24 hours. The house and dock itself is its own little oasis and is so peaceful. The hosts were also amazing and quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful location

We had a great stay to celebrate our anniversary. The private location with the dock and gorgeous view was fantastic. We loved the crab fishing and the occasional stingray that we caught. The inside was a perfect setup for my husband and I. Quick and easy contact with the owner. Great trip and we look forward to sharing with others and returning ourselves soon.

Scenic private marsh/creek view

We enjoyed our stay at St. Helena Fish Camp. Sitting on the dock in the evening with the breezes coming up the creek and marsh was very pleasant. Convenient location to Beaufort and Hunting Island!

Beautiful location

This property is beautiful inside & out. The house is decorated beautifully and has the best views off the peaceful/private dock. It is centrally located with easy access to downtown & down towards Hunting Island. Ryan is the kindest & most accommodating host!

Hidden Gem!

My husband and I stayed for the New Year weekend, and it was the perfect spot for the two of us! The house was clean, private, and comfortable, and the views from the back porch and the dock were stunning. The host was very nice and always replied quickly if we had questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely Coastal Cottage

This was exactly what we we’re looking for close to several areas. We spent time in Beaufort, Port Royal, Huntington Beach fishing pier and even went to Hilton Head to go on a fishing charter we do annually. Place was very clean and cozy I was worried it would be smaller than it looked because pictures are often different in reality but it was exactly as it looked perfect size for a couple and a teenager or two younger children. We enjoyed the dock and caught both fish and crabs. It was the perfect location and on enough land to feel like you have privacy. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Perfect Fishing Trip

I booked this home for my husband for a solo fishing trip. It was perfect for his needs. The dock provided a fun place to fish and was conveniently located to other areas when the tide was down. The home appeared as advertised and the owner was easy to work with. Fortunately, there were no issues during his stay. He said he would definitely consider a return trip.

Great trip

Stayed this past weekend with my wife and almost 3 month old. We had a fantastic time. Very clean and has everything you need. We really enjoyed hanging out on the dock fishing and enjoying the views. Great trip. Highly recommend.
