This lovely retreat is nestled in a tranquil neighborhood adorned with majestic oak trees and beautiful sounds of wildlife that will immediately bring you a sense of calm. Our heated pool home was remodeled with modern comfort and relaxation in mind. The bright, open, fully-equipped kitchen offers a delightful space to prepare your favorite meals while being surrounded by your loved ones. Recline comfortably in the living room and indulge in a cozy movie night after a long beach day or simply lounge in the tranquility of the lanai while enjoying the birdsongs. Whether your heart desires poolside relaxation or a day at the beach, we’ve got you covered with a fully stocked garage housing beach equipment and pool toys for your enjoyment. Also, we’ve included a foosball table, cornhole set and engaging board games and card games to keep the fun rolling throughout your stay. The home sleeps 6 people. It is centrally located - 10 minutes from SRQ airport and UTC, 15-25 minutes to Downtown, Lido Key, and the #1 beach in the USA - Siesta Key Beach! Also close to IMG Academy, amazing restaurants, art galleries, Publix, Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, LA Fitness, shopping and much more!

Our home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. * Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. * Low noise levels in pool deck area after 9pm.
* The pool is 7 feet deep. Please ensure children are supervised in the pool and pool area at ALL times.
Trash and Recycling bins are collected on Tuesday mornings. Please pull bins to the curb and return inside garage. If a holiday, then Wednesday.

Another great trip!

House was perfect for our family! We especially appreciated all the accommodations for our 18 month old traveling with us! He loved all the toys and the pool was hours of fun! Can’t wait for our next trip!

Perfection!

This was, by far, the nicest place we’ve ever rented. The home is absolutely beautiful, it was exceptionally clean, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the pool is an absolute oasis. We cannot wait to return again. Communication with the host was excellent. The little details that she included with the home went above and beyond our expectation. We would definetly stay here again.

Comfortable, Clean and Well Done

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lauren's beautiful home. So many thoughtful touches and so well organized. We've stayed in many VRBOs and this house is by far the cleanest, most organized and well thought out. Thank you so much for making our stay in Sarasota feel like home!

Serenity in Sarasota!

This home is beautiful, impeccably clean, so comfortable, and a great place to stay. We were so impressed with the little touches like a welcome basket upon arrival, plenty of pool toys, spices/oils/coffee available, etc. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. Ibwbohrecommend

Best VRBO Would love to go back!

This home was exactly as described. It was very clean and so welcoming. The neighborhood was really nice. Lauren was such a good communicator and very considerate. I felt very much at home there. The pool was lovely, clean and heated! Really enjoyed my stay there and plan to go back!

Perfect!

From our first steps into the home, everything was above and beyond what was stated in the listing. This house was the best provisioned home that my wife and I have ever rented. Lauren was amazing with communication and how she takes care of the property. The location was perfect, it is on a quiet cul de sac, close to everything as well.

One of the best!!

Beautiful home. So clean and host has thought of and provided everything you could ever need. Beds and bed linens were perfect. Pool is awesome. Honestly, one of the best vrbo's we have ever stayed in.

Just perfect!

This place is even better in person! Had everything we needed and more! The beds are super comfy and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It has everything you need for the beach/pool and even many necessities inside the home. Lauren was so kind, thoughtful and so easy to communicate with from day one of our conversation! If you are unsure about staying here, don’t! You will have zero regrets!!! Thank you again Lauren for a 5- star stay!

Best vacation ever!!!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay. Let’s start with Lauren and her beautiful property. The pictures do not do justice!! Immaculate and modern, all beds are comfortable and new! Beautiful decor and the best part, the pool!! My children had the best time!! Next, location!!!! Close to everything! Super markets, restaurants, you name it it’s close by. Lauren thank you for everything!!! We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly return! The house was fully stocked and had everything we needed! Thank you for the kind snack and fruit basket!

Perfect!

Home was exactly as described, very clean, well appointed and accessorized, and was an awesome location close to tons of food and recreational options. Lauren was a perfect host with great communication before, during, and after. We wanted for nothing our entire stay, the neighborhood was nice clean and quiet, and we had plenty of supplies. We made use of the pool and ping pong table quite a bit. Only regret was we didn't get to use the BBQ grill. Would absolutely rent this property again.

Paradise Away from Home

Absolutely loved it!! My husband and I traveled with our 5 month old for a little vacation and the house was perfect for our stay. Upon our arrival, everything was clean and organized. We had plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. Our little boy loved the pool! It was his first time getting to swim. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect in every way!

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! The house was updated, clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need, including shampoo, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, backyard games, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located to Sarasota airport and stores. We loved the pool and patio and sat outside every morning enjoying the privacy and the beautiful weather. We also greatly appreciated Lauren's responsiveness and flexibility with our check-in time, as well as accommodating us to stay another night with a late check-out after our flight home was cancelled. We will definitely stay again on any future trips to the Sarasota area!

Nothing Short of Amazing!

The home was exactly as advertised. Clean, modern, had everything we needed for our 1 & 4 yr olds - high chair, pack & play, toys. Close proximity to everything, about 20 mins to the beach & we felt safe in the neighborhood. Lauren was extremely attentive & responsive & so very kind! She made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home; Great location

We were looking for a getaway from the cold New England weather and this property did not disappoint! It looks exactly as shown in the pictures. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay and close to the supermarket for your groceries should you decided to stay in. Otherwise, it is a short 15-minute drive to downtown Sarasota with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Beaches and other local attractions are also a short drive from the home. Lauren was a fantastic host. She was extremely communicative leading up to check-in and left a lovely note with fresh fruit and water. When we come back to the area, we will look to stay here again.

Hidden Oasis

Situated in a quiet community in northern Sarasota, this property was exactly as advertised. Recently remodeled, the inside of the house was immaculate. The rooms were spacious and well appointed with all new appliances, fabulous master bedroom and 85 inch HD tv in the living room. We especially enjoyed the private backyard with pool, BBQ grill and large sitting/sunning area. While the entry was contactless, Lauren, our host, had a welcome package of fresh fruit, bottled water and a bag of Dunkin Doughnuts Coffee upon our arrival that only enhanced our stay. While only minutes from many restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses, when we were at Country Oaks we felt as we were at a Hidden Oasis! If we have the opportunity to travel to Sarasota again, this rental would be first on our list! The Paradis Family
