LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Come and enjoy this tropical private yard and pool area. You will have a pool all to yourself to enjoy. Romantic for a couples get away, girls retreat or vacation with the family. You will not have to go very far to enjoy yourselves. With the screened in porch/pool, BBQ and swimming pool just outside the door. This cozy three bedroom, 2 bath bungalow is centrally located 69miles from Disney and all Orlando has to offer, 14miles from Cocoa Beach, 9miles to Melbourne Beach and under 5miles to Canova Beach. There are multiple parks close by with tennis, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts. A Children's park and playground are also within walking distance.

The house was great. TVs and fans in every room were very nice. Especially enjoyed the wonderful screened in patio and pool! Host was quick to respond and helpful.

Good communciaton with the host. The house was immaculately clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need to cook at home (as we did).We LOVED the patio and pool. The neighborhood is quiet except for the trains you hear regularly. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

We spent two months, February and March, while snowbirding. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to our family and friends and very convenient to everything. It was well kept up. Communication with the property manager during our stay was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation for our Family

We stayed at this home for a week just after Christmas! It was clean and nicely appointed with everything we needed. My kids loved the air hockey table and the pool. I recommend paying to have the pool heated. It was comfortable to swim in even in December/January! The mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. Check-in and communication with property manager was excellent.

Great Property, Centrally Located; Relaxing Pool!

Great repurpose of traditional Florida home. Nicely appointed and easy to get comfortable in. Centrally located to restaurants, attractions, beaches, etc. Steve is very easy to work with and does everything to make you comfortable during your stay.

Quiet and relaxing

My husband and I spent a lovely month staying at this relaxing and well-appointed house. All our needs were met, and then some, by the property manager. Would definitely recommend.

The stay was good and the house was nice but when we checked out we got charged more for cleaning, we left the house cleaner then we found it and followed all check out instructions, when we sent a message asking why we got charged we got no response.

Clean home, fun pool, but maintenance needs work

We were happy with the location and how clean the house was, but disappointed by some of the maintenance problems that could’ve been avoided if the house were checked up on more often. When we arrived the dishwasher was broken. the hot/cold lines to the washer were flipped, and the outside handle to the pool was broken off. A couple days into our stay the power went out and the router got fried, so we were without internet half our stay. The pool also had to be refilled daily due to a crack, but we were informed of this before we stayed so it didn’t negatively impact our opinion. The property manager communicated readily but was not local, and said many of the issues were out of her hands. I ended up spending a considerable amount of time trying to facilitate communication on property issues, and was asked to send pics to repair techs from my personal cell. We were given a refund equal to a little less than one night’s stay, but ultimately would not have booked had we known there would be so many hiccups and so much vavation time dedicated to property issues.

It's a shame, it could be a great place.

We booked 5 months before our vacation and 1 day before check-in got a message that we couldn’t use the pool for 4 days. Declining to cancel the trip and be reimbursed, we opted for a small daily refund. Most of the light fixtures were missing bulbs or were burned out. The curtain rod in the second queen bedroom was dangling from the wall. I didn’t want to spend my vacation dealing with maintenance issues so we refused the offer to have someone come replace bulbs. I asked about the garage door openers (as a garage was listed in the amenities) and was told we did not have access to the garage. There were 11 messages back and forth in 2 days. I asked about a larger refund, but was told no because we neglected to mention all ‘short-comings’ during the visit despite being told in a message 2 days before check in that we should “feel free to send comments or suggestions after your stay." Be aware: no lounge chairs for the pool deck; no iron or ironing board; no baking dishes for the oven; no extra sheets or bed pillows for the futons; no closet hanging rod in second queen bedroom; broken pool floats; a pool leak necessitating a pool ‘sentry’ to maintain the water level with a hose that leaked and blocked the door to the screened in patio resulting in bugs everywhere. We left the place in better shape than we found it. It was our first bad experience with a VRBO place. The other reviews indicate this type of disappointing maintenance and inferior customer service is typical.

This was a nice place, you should consider it.

I stayed here with my family of 7 and there were plenty of beds. Two bathrooms actually was enough! The kitchen is on the small side, but is very functional and has nice newer appliances. There was plenty of dinnerware as long as you wash as you go. Dishwasher was almost never used, but the drying rack was! K-cup Keurig coffee machine worked great. The outside TV did not work, but we didn’t spend much time outside due to the pool being under maintenance. The pool itself was great looking and I guess is a saltwater pool which is better for your skin than chlorine. We wanted to use it more but the heater and filtration were out of commission. I do wish we would have been told that prior to our stay as we probably would have chosen another place. Great communication from the property manager explaining the situation to us (pool was meant to be fixed the day prior to our arrival but rain prevented). Wish it would have been different for us, but we made the best of it.

Excellent property!

This property fit our family just right. Easy access to Space Coast Stadium, Cocoa Beach and Melbourne. Plenty to do within short drive. The younger kids LOVED having a pool right outside the back door. Smart TV capability in every room was helpful to relax in the evenings. Property looked freshly updated! The only issue we had was the toilet paper holder in the hall bath fell off the wall half way through the week but it didn’t affect our kids too much. Thanks for sharing your property!

Cozy home in quiet neighborhood with great backyard

After staying here for eight days we definitely would recommend this place to anyone come into this area. The backyard was amazing! The home was a bit cozier than we are used to but perfect for our family of 3. The owner was so easy to communicate with. When we got there we found the icemaker to be broken but he was willing to have the repair man there the next day to fix it. The light in the pool was also broken in which we found out there’s plans to fix it this winter. This wasn’t anything that affected us. Laundry and dish washer detergent as well as toilet paper and a roll of paper towels were provided although in a small quantity. There were plenty of bath and hand towels as well as wash rags, hand soap and dish soap provided. There was also a K cup coffee maker and crockpot available to use as well as a few stove top pans. There were no pans to use in the oven though. There were plenty of plates, glasses, bowls and silverware. There were a few basics that were not provided which was surprising including no napkins, no Kleenex and no clothing hangers. We were also only given one kitchen trash bag to use for our entire stay and no extra trashcan liners for the bathroom garbage cans. We did end up buying a pack of 18 clothing hangers as well as a box of kitchen trash bags and did leave them at the house for future guests. We also had to buy more laundry detergent and once again we left the extras at the house. The pool was great and it was so nice to have it enclosed. The pool cleaner guy did stop by while we were there to vacuum the pool and to test the water but he was in and out in 20 minutes and let us get back to our fun. The neighborhood was in a fabulous location and it was nice and quiet. We also felt very safe here which is very important to us. The checkout process was quick and reasonable. We had to start the dishwasher, strip the beds, start a load of laundry and take out the trash. This is very typical for rentals. Once again we would recommend this house to our friends and family that visit this area. We had a great experience overall.

Home was beautiful, warm and welcoming. Home was exactly as pictured. Owner’s communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this home, the kids really enjoyed the pool as well.
