The very modern and cosy apartment is built in the style of a loft and has a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. From here a staircase leads to an open bedroom with another double bed. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and combines modern comfort with cosy wooden elements from the region. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a cot and a highchair. In the communal outdoor area, several terraces invite you to spend relaxing afternoons under the warm South Tyrolean sun. In summer you can prepare delicious meals on the grill and enjoy them with a glass of wine overlooking the mountains. In winter you can reach the ski area Meran 2000 within 36 minutes by car and in summer the golf course, which is 28 minutes away by car, is waiting or your visit. A restaurant is only 260 m away and a supermarket is 17 minutes away by car.
