On the ground floor you reach from the small hall with cloakroom and guest toilet in the living room area with large couch landscape, as well as an open, modern fitted kitchen and separate dining area. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find among other things: ceramic hob and oven, the fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans for cooking. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. Free internet access is available. To relax and unwind, there is a sauna in the basement. You can also use the washing machine and dryer for a fee.

From the living area you have direct access to the garden on the south-west terrace with garden furniture and beach chair.

Upstairs are two bedrooms:
1x double bed with private access to the shower room and WC; 1x with 2 single beds, 1x with 1 single bed. Here you reach the second bathroom with shower / WC.

In the attic there is another room, which can be used as a lounge, TV and games room.
