The place could use a fresh coat of paint on the walls. The AC unit was horribly noisy in the bedroom. One of the dining chairs was falling apart. Two Boogie boards were found in the closet, both were broken.

Great Family Vacation

We booked a condo that provided shuttle service across the boardwalk to the ocean. Beautiful views and extremely clean. We definitely would recommend this rental and we will be returning.

A few issues but overall okay

The amenities available were good for people with small kids. They also offered shuttles and an indoor pool. Bugs and the elevator were a concern.

I’m going to start this off by saying I tried really hard to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I reached out and figured they’d sort it out so I could spend the next week pleased as pie. Alas. I’m limited in characters so a simplified version was that the door was unlocked and partially opened when we got there because the keypad for the door was not working. We got that sorted and I’m just glad we didn’t run into any safety or liability issues because of that. But what absolutely ruined my stay and tanked my rating was when I asked for new sheets because mine were sandy, I didn’t get a “let me see what I can do to fix this” or even a single “sorry”. Instead what I got was a curt “there’s a laundry on premises we don’t have extra bedding”. I replied that I didn’t have anyway to take three beds worth of bedding down to the end of the building to PAY to wash it myself. They never responded. Even if there was free laundry in the unit, telling me to wash it myself is an insane thing to say after I paid around 2300 to stay. It’s been a week and I still cannot wrap my mind around a customer telling you that you provided DIRTY bedding and your response being “well then wash it”. The floors were dirty too, everything was falling apart and there are so many better units in this resort to stay at do not stay here. And please save the generic response of you’re sorry and you hope I give you another chance because you had the chance to fix this and chose not to.

Nice stay

It was a nice stay. We always stay in this complex when visiting HHI. First using VACASA, they were very attentive and love the use of text to communicate.

Very nice room

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was perfect for our family. Close to the beach boardwalk. Room was clean, kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker. Very nice stay here. Would return.

Best visit to Hilton Head!

We honestly loved everything about our condo and the property! We were close to the boardwalk and short walk to the beach, over marsh and we got to see alligators. On site staff we're all very helpful and vacasa staff we're great! We'll definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay at a Reasonable Price

A few of these reviewers seem awfully mad or disappointed for some reason. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The property and all amenities in it were exactly what was pictured. Sure the view is just part of the next building/parking lot, but this was never advertised as "beach front" anyway. The place was sparkling clean when we arrived, clean bedding, bathrooms, counters, and floors. It was easy to get to and we had no maintenance issues for the 5 nights we stayed. Frankly, I was a bit surprised that our drains DIDN'T get clogged, given how much sand was in them from all our beach visits!! Another thing I was impressed with was how quiet the entire resort complex was. The pool/bar area was right below us, usually with screaming children, and yet once our door closed and sealed, we couldn't hear a peep! Our only little hiccup during the visit was the door lock. We were provided inaccurate information for how to lock/unlock it. You needed to TURN the "deadbolt" portion to lock/unlock it, rather than press the button as the lady explained. Once we figured that out, we were happy as the many clams on the beach! It was a great stay and I would definitely stay again. Hats off to Vacasa for a wonderful trip

Good Price just needs a few little extras

Made a last minute decision to go back to Hilton Head and to this resort due to the good price of this condo unit in peak season! I’ve stayed in 5 different units at this resort. This one was very comfortable and I would go back but it had a few drawbacks. Limited cooking utensils. No kettle. No oven mitts. No coffee table or end tables. No beach chairs or wagon. Renovated but not fully. More on the cheap reno end. Faucets and shower/tub need to be updated or replaced. Faucet in shower kept coming off. Clearly has happened often as there were screwdrivers in the cupboard above the toilet. Place was clean and beds were comfortable but a little extra TLC and a few extra finishing touches would make a difference in my overall feeling about this unit. Resort grounds and proximity are super family friendly and keep us coming back. 7th time! 😊

Nice resort, small condo.

This is our favorite resort to stay at in Hilton Head due to the beautiful boardwalk leading to the beach (and Coco’s bar)! This particular condo is advertised for six people. It would be adequate for a group of four. Very comfortable couch to seat three people. Small balcony with two chairs. We had to purchase washcloths for our group as there were not six provided. Make sure you bring your own coffee, toilet paper and hand soap. There is a laundry room on site and this unit is close to an elevator. I would recommend staying here if you have a small group and just need a base to sleep at night.

Never Again

Let me save you the trouble… DO NOT stay here! Our condo was dirty, electrical outlet covers hanging off the walls (which was not good for my two year old), mold in the bathtub, sliding glass door won’t lock, yard work starts at 7:00 am and is LOUD, indoor pool is disgusting with hair everywhere, outdoor pool in building one is nasty too. We had maintenance come in several times during our stay to fix issues for the condo below us, in and out for two days. The elevator doesn’t work properly. The beds… don’t even get me started. They’re sandy upon arrival and you’d be better sleeping on the hard floor. The shuttle service doesn’t run when it says it will, so we were SOL with our toddler walking the LONG boardwalk in the rain. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again! So disappointed! This was our worst beach trip EVER thanks to this place!

The worst experience.

The place is a conglomeration of old buildings, and the apartment, even if renovated, is part of it. I have to congratulate the photographer who took the photos, who failed to show that the main window had a view of the wall of the building in front. The regulations don't allow you to bring your bicycle into the apartment, but if they steal it like it happened to me, they are not responsible.One day my wife found the person disinfecting the house, without having knocked at the door, and with the keys to enter. I really hope that my experience will help people non to go in this place.

Great place!

Came here for the long weekend and really enjoyed it! Nice location close to the beach and surrounding stores and restaurants. Perfect little walk to the beach. The place was clean and loved that they provided chairs.

Need more info on unit!

You need to prove more info on who to contact in case of an emergency in the unit. The smoke alarm kept going off and we had no idea who to contact. And we needed cleans towel and again had no idea who to contact for this.
