Quiet two bedroom two bath unit! The master bedroom has a queen bed while the guest room has two single beds. Both bedrooms have their own bath. There is a TV/DVD in the master bedroom and in the living area.The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The Villa is a second floor unit of the 3-story building with a private balcony overlooking the lagoon complete with lit fountain, turtles, fish, and native birds. The kitchen is fully outfitted, allowing you to prepare even a gourmet feast. The dining area can comfortably seat six. The living room area has a Flatscreen TV, and DVD player.

For your enjoyment, the resort is located on Folly Field Beach, and has ten lighted tennis courts, 24 hour security guard, a playground, fitness trail, onsite bike rental, and a fishing pond. The pool is one of the Island's largest. Also, located onsite is a restaurant and bar with arcade games and pool table as well as a large convention center that hosts music concerts from time to time.

A great beach condo with a balcony overlooking a pond where you can watch the squirrels, birds and an alligator ! Beach is less than 5 minutes away , super easy walk. Great location near shopping, restaurants and things to see. The unit was roomy, comfortable and we were able to have privacy . Very quiet too .

Condo is older and needs TLC, a thorough cleaning and AC repaired. Communication with host was good and they really tried to get AC fixed while we were there.

The house was exactly as described, it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and more. Wonderful check-in process, easy communication with the property owner. Clean resort with easy beach access and great amenities. My nephew loved the hype around the pool in the afternoons, catching a shirt out of a tshirt gun was a highlight for an 11 y/o. Shelly the gator was a lovely guest to watch in the evenings on the lagoon.

Check in was very easy upon arriving. Judy is very quick to respond to any question you have. This condo is on the lagoon side and is a short walk or drive to the opposite side of the property with plenty of parking and was very easy to get to and had multiple walkways to easily and quickly access the beach.There are on property dining options and around the clock security. The unit was spacious with plenty of seating. The kitchen was fully stocked, all you need to bring are your groceries.I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the unit.There are lots of beach/pool items as well as board games for rainy days.

Nice condo, plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked with any dishes or utensils you could need. The deck overlooks the lake, which is much better than overlooking the parking lot. There was more than enough seating in the main room for all of is to be comfortable. The owners were great to work with and resolved our issues quickly. I would easily stay in this condo again.

Great family vacation spot

We absolutely love staying at HHI Beach & Tennis Resort & especially in Judy’s condo. It’s a great family vacation spot. Our family has enjoyed our stay for the last few years. Very comfortable with a view of the lagoon and well equipped with everything you may need. We’ll be back again next year for sure!

Spring Break Trip

We enjoyed being by the lagoon and watching the alligator every day. The condo had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Overall just ok

Overall it was just ok. We didn’t get the check in information until we asked for it at 4:30pm when check in time was at 4pm. Which is not good when you’re traveling a far distance and have not heard from the host. Once we asked she did promptly respond with the check in information but we should not have had to ask. The place wasn’t clean to my satisfaction. As an owner of a Bed and Breakfast I did not find it as clean as it should be. The coffee pot was not clean, if best rinsed out. I had scrub it and run it through the dishwasher. The toaster was sticky and was full of crumbs. Water was added to the bathroom hand soaps. The pillows were nasty! They were stained brown. The towels and washcloths were old and worn. There was also no mattress protector on the bed. Would I stay here again, yes, but I would bring my own pillows and towels. The host was nice though. I just felt I left the place cleaner than when I arrived.

Lovely stay!

came up for a baseball tournament and saw this listing just a few miles up from the ball field. Check in process was smooth, the condos are close to food and entertainment. The beach and pool are a short 6 minute walk ( or you can drive through the parking lot). The pool and beach have a bar right there. The condo itself was so lovely! Very roomy, games for kids and DVDs, plenty of linens and towels. A great view of the lagoon with a gator in the water! The host was really great with communication on everything as well. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful weekend escape!

Fantastic place with great family amenities. Close to the airport for some fun helicopter rides or plane spotting. Wonderful host. We had an excellent time!

There were a plethora of things to do whilst on said property. The condo was both cozy and clean. All in all, a great spot for a getaway.

Close to Beach and Activities

If you are here for the beach or other activities on the northern side of the island this is a good place. The Beach is a short walk and on property with a pool and bar and restaurant. Close by there is shopping and activities. The community has security and plenty of parking. The check in is fairly painless. The unit is right in front of you as you walk out of the check in across the parking lot and fence. You just have to drive through security to get around the fence and loop around to the building and park. The unit has a nice kitchen even though we didn't cook anything for our short visit. We were on business not leisure so we didn't use most of the amenities but they were there, Small issue with bugs upon entry butt he owner had it taken care of quickly and there were no other issues during our stay.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved our time in Hilton Head and staying here was a part of that! The location is fantastic as there is beach access across the complex so there’s no need to drive anywhere. There was also access to a pool and many dining options all within the complex which was convenient! This was our first visit to HHI and we will definitely be back!

Great condo!

Spacious condo that’s great for kids (there were three beds in the second bedroom). The kitchen was fully stocked. The condo was on the second floor with a short flight of stairs, which did not bother myself nor my kids. I had to clean a bit when we arrived but the location and resort feel were a major plus!

Perfect!

I absolutely love the resort, have been coming here for years and have yet to find anything negative to say. This condo was perfect for myself and my 4 children. It is a short walk to beach and pool but easily can be done. You can easily load up in the car, drive over to beach/pool entry area and park over there if you prefer not to walk. Condo has everything you need and we will definitely book again!

HHI Beach and Tennis Resort is quiet and safe. We love to walk up and down the beach and relax by the pool. Our favorite tradition is arming ourselves with flashlights and hunting for ghost crabs at night!
