Off the dining room, you'll find a bedroom with a king bed and TV and on the other side of the home is the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and ocean views, opening to a deck. The third bedroom offers one twin bed and one full bed. There are two full bathrooms, both beautifully renovated in 2025, offering tile showers and new vanities. Stackable laundry in closet to the right of the full bath.

Outside, there is a spacious deck, yard, and access to the oceanfront via a ROW, just steps away, perfect for swimming, launching a kayak, or combing the beach for treasures.
