We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were immaculate and comfortable. Our host was gracious and communicated all expectations well. Should we return to Sevierville, this will be our first choice to stay.

My sister, mother and I took four kids between the ages of two to ten for a family vacation. The property accommodated all of us comfortably with room to spare. It was close enough to all the attractions of Gatlinburg and far enough away to give some reprieve from the crowds. Very clean and well laid out - We had an amazing time.

Came over for a girls weekend with my daughter in law and young daughter. I found this listing last minute and got so lucky!!! Paid the price I would for a motel room and got a full blown modern day farm house with three beds and 3 baths. Not to mention the other accommodation. Met all our needs! Absolutely perfect!!!! Recommend 10/10!!!! Property manager super nice and on point. Money well spent and lucky to have found the place! Absolutely love it!

This home is lovely, clean, spacious, new, and is a great location with all the modern conveniences. The road behind the house was a bit noisy and woke us a few times. A few of the items weren’t working properly including the fireplace, internet, TV, and water/ice dispenser. The floors in the bathroom were a bit slick when wet.Overall we’d stay again. It was nice to be in a home together during our trip.

Perfect!

This townhome was just perfect for my family. My husband, myself, and our two young adult sons couldn’t have asked for anything better. My boys enjoyed having their own - beautiful and enormous- bedrooms upstairs and their own bathrooms. The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. I believe it was the cleanest place we have stayed. Being able to take our golden retriever was one of the best parts. There was no trace of pet hair and we made sure to leave it that way. We will definitely be staying here again!

Townhouse is also located on a very busy street on the back side of the property and has new construction noise beginning early in the mornings in front of the property. It is advertised on the Vrbo website as having 3 beds, 3 baths and 1 half bath with 1 queen bed in the common area. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a tub/shower. Each bedroom has a sink and toilet, making this a Jack & Jill/buddy bath configuration. In truth, it has one bathroom upstairs shared by two bedrooms. Downstairs in the common area is a sofa and love seat. Brendon informed us that the “queen bed in the common area” was actually located in one of the closets. A picture of this is attached. In truth, it was a blow-up mattress stuffed in one of the closets. He apologized for the “confusion” and assured us Vrbo instructed him to list the property this way! Shortly after checking in a stranger opened the kitchen window from outside and tried to come in through the window. When I reached out to Brendon about the incident and the fact we couldn’t easily get the window locked, he casually said the locks were on either side of the window. This made the 89-year-old in our party stressed being alone in the house. We all felt Brendon should have shown more courtesy and consideration to this incident. The pillows were flat and very thin and the mattresses were uncomfortable. Kitchen not well stocked. No body wash just hand soap.

The house is EXTREMELY clean. Perfect location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Loved that the master was downstairs and other two bedrooms were upstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Best place ive probably ever stayed!

I'm a little OCD about cleanliness. We have a dog, but I shy away from staying in pet-friendly places, because sometimes, that can mean they're not cleaned very well. That was definitely not the case for this home! I was so surprised at how clean the bathrooms & beds were! Even the floors & couches were clean & free of pet hair! I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, that I didn't have at LEAST a slight urge to wear my shower shoes, inside the shower. I never felt like that at this place. And the towels & dishes were clean too! The ONLY reason I rated the overall cleanliness as a 4, is b/c there was a bit of a mess under the kitchen sink, inside the cabinets, it was pretty dusty on the living room mantle, & there was quite a bit of dust bunnies & hair inside the closets & laundry room floors. Just needed a good Spring cleaning. Other than that, I honestly had no complaints! This place was absolutely amazing & accommodated our extended family well. We chose to go to yhe Smokies for Christmas this year, & my family went, my husband's sister's family, & their mother. We all enjoyed ourselves & had a great time. Communication with the owner was awesome. We had a slight issue on the first day, & they promptly helped us with that situation & went above & beyond expectations. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very nice, & it was great that there was a washer & dryer for us. We loved the instahot water heater, as well. We would definitely stay again! oors & counches!

A mother and daughters getaway weekend

Our stay here was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more. The room situation was perfect. My four daughters stayed in the two rooms upstairs and I was able to have some peace and quiet in my room downstairs. Brandon was extremely helpful. We would definitely rent this place again if we come back to Gatlinburg.

Girls Trip

Absolutly amazing! Three bedrooms, three baths! With it just being us two ladies on a girls trip, i was a little concerned as to be in a safe place....not on the back side of a mountain somewhere. This was perfect! Clean, well decorated, kitchen well stocked, close to center of town. Wonderful!
