• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the upstairs bedroom and loft.

• Exterior security camera: One camera is mounted above the garage monitoring the driveway. It records exterior/common areas only.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Laundry: There is a laundromat nearby if you need to do wash during your stay.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
