Welcome to Viva Las Scottsdale – our newest luxury getaway – featuring your own private Casino & outdoor Vegas-style Beach Club. Each of the 6 bedrooms (sleeps 16) is modeled after an iconic Las Vegas hotel so the photo opportunities are endless and the experience is uniquely memorable. The “beach club” backyard features a sparkling pool, outdoor games, endless lounging space, and a mini golf course. What happens in Scottsdale stays in Scottsdale!



The Space:

Viva Las Scottsdale is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, where each room was designed to provide a different and unique experience. Just five minutes outside of Old Town and 15 minutes from the airport, the property is conveniently located close to all of Scottsdale’s hotspots!



Upon entering, you’ll wander into the common area – an entertainer’s dream. The expansive living room features a custom-built bar, a pool table, and TV lounge area. Just ahead is the ‘Casino’, which features a full-sized poker table, roulette table, and a real slot machine!



Through the Casino, exit the double sliding doors to the oversized backyard which has been converted into your own Vegas-style Beach Club. Enjoy the sparkling pool, float in the pool loungers, or watch TV under the cabana while relaxing in the daybeds. Cook a meal in the outdoor kitchen and eat at the large outdoor dining table. Finish off the day on the mini golf course, and relax under the glow of the string lights and fire pit. Don’t forget to get a photo (or 20) next to the beautiful custom mural - Viva Las Scottsdale!



*Pool can be heated upon request with a minimum length of two days. The request needs to be 2 days prior to check-in. Heating fee will be $100 a day*



Viva Las Scottsdale features 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in an efficient split-level layout. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom and bathroom featuring a TV and a dramatic Vegas-style king size bed. The master features an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. On the main level, you’ll find three more bedrooms and another large bathroom with a double vanity. On the lower level, you'll find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Every bedroom has its own distinctive décor and vibe, modeled closely after a different iconic Las Vegas hotel.

The entire space, with the exception of a storage closet, is available for guest use.



Other Things to Note:

Noise monitors and a Ring doorbell camera have been installed for your protection and security. Noise monitors will notify Welcome to Scottsdale Beach Club staff if noise level goes over reasonable levels outside of the home, at which time we will contact you to ask you to quiet down to avoid disturbing the neighbors/avoid a visit from the authorities. This monitor does not record audio and are only on the outside of the home. We want to make sure you have the best possible time without any outside interruptions, while keeping our neighbors happy as well!
